The surroundings are not the most beautiful (a more industrial/concrete city feel) but the location is still very convenient for visiting the lake. There are many restaurants and shops at a close distance.

This is one of the best B&Bs we've been to. The attention to detail and sympathy of the the hosts is exceptional. The place is comfortable, clean, has all you might need during the trip, and offers a great breakfast of top of everything. We'd definitely stay there again if in Lecco. At first we were a bit unsure about he closeness to a busier street but everything was very quiet in the evening and we had a great night of sleep - plus such comfy pillows!

Everything is perfect! Good hospitality, good rooms, and good breakfast. Totally worth it to stay here! You can stay here in Lecco, and if you wanna go to varenna , Bellagio and all the surrounding villages, easy to move around, and there is the option of train or ferries, good location, thanks

Slight mix up with booking.com with the booking not pulling through to the owners but they was very accommodating and helpful! Slightly out of centre area but bus routes are in the area

Breakfast was delicious and fresh every day. TV had a Netflix account. The owner was really helpful, he gave us the map and pointed all the locations that could be relevant for our trip and commuting. If we are to comeback to Lecco, this will be our choice again.

The location is a little outside the main part of town but there it was a short cycle/bus ride to the town centre.

We had a really lovely time, the host was super kind, the room was clean and cozy with a modern bathroom and a beautiful view from the balcony. Also the breakfast was plenty and delicious. It is a very good choice for your stay in Lecco, the city center is about 15 min. walk away.

The staff was nice and helpful, professional and welcomming. I was treated very warm. The room was as on the pictures, with modern, clean and well equiped bathroom. A simple breakfast was served with fresh coffee. The location is remote from the centre, I was aware of it.

It was a 20 minute walk to the city centre (in the heat!).

The room was modern and clean with a lovely ensuite bathroom and air conditioning (greatly appreciated with hot weather). Lots of variety for breakfast with juice, yoghurt, cereal, fruit, coffee and tea, hot food, baked goods etc. Federico and his mother were very friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. Federico provided us with information regarding transport, nearby cafes and restaurants and drove us to the train station with our luggage when we were leaving.

We were unable to adjust the a/c. We would have liked it cooler at night being from USA. We like it cold. lol It didn't stop us from getting a restful sleep.

Federico was very helpful. He offered to carry our luggage to the third floor. He provided many wonderful choices for breakfast. The room was modern, clean and had everything you need. Easy and free parking available in front of the building.

Location, but it's easy to go to city center by public transport, but we needed cash. We were travelling in Italy by trains.
