I think the decor would benefit from a refresh.

The location was excellent for exploring the historic part of Palermo and for going further afield. The view from the front was the Porta Nuova and from the back you could see the mountains rising. 25 min walk from the central train station and near bus routes too. The host was really helpful with lists of attractions to see and foods to try, and was very hospitable.

the only thing I didn’t like (which cannot be helped) is the stairwell was super low, I’m 6’3 and I just dislike low places. this was not the properties fault by any stretch as the building is old.

the greeting from the owner was superb, such a friendly and helpful person. The property is self was safe, clean and comfortable and the style was interesting.

Men's shower needs a little love but I don't mind that. Street noise is quite noticable in the room, however after enjoying Palermo for the whole day I slept like a baby.

Great location - 5 min walk from train station, right on the edge of historical city center. World class host - Marco gave us a lot of tips what to see, eat and experience. Cool interior design made me smile everytime i saw and used the instax ;)

If I visit Palermo again, I will definitely stay in this property. First of all, Marco tries his best to make you comfortable. The apartment was spick-and-span. The location is just the best. It is not so crowded around it, but also very close to the main streets.

The location of the bnb was second to none. Close to the gorgeous Palace, everything was only a walk away. Also close to bus routes. The host Marco was also so welcoming and helpful. He genuinely wanted us to have the best time possible in palermo and gave us lots of ideas and advice.

Great location, both for airport train (Orleans station) and the palace / cathedral. Restaurants across the street by the gate to the city, plus walking east. Great b and b, mini-fridge. Super comfortable. You need phone access to meet up with the awesome host.

Great B&B, located perfectly within arms reach of all the things you might want to see or do in Palermo. The room was spacious, there was free food and drinks. The host was lovely

The place per se exceeded my expectations because it provided me with more than I needed. If I could change anything, however, it would be the noise from the heavy traffic just outside the building. Even with the windows closed you could hear it. I'm a heavy sleeper, so it didn't bother me, but it can be an issue to light sleepers.

Marco is a great host. He made me feel welcomed. The room is quite big, the bed is very comfy. The view off my small balcony was a huge plus. The bathroom and kitchen were always clean. The water bottles, the coffee and snacks offered show you're being looked after by the host.
