A stuff (perhaps, a cleaner) entered our room without knocking, just opening the door with his own keys. That was approx. 30 mins prior check-out. We were not dressed. In overall, for the same price we paid, we have had better places in Milan.

24h check-in, breakfast included, staff explains everything, and we surprisely got a room with two king-size beds, which were good. Location is good.

You have to carry your luggage upstairs and we were on the 3rd floor. They have an option to leave your luggage down stairs but it doesnt feel safe. The windows doesnt have curtains, so we had to improvise The door lock and key was hard to operate There were little cockroaches 😭

The location is nice. It's a 3min walk from the nearest train station and about the same to the nearest bus station to the opposite direction

In our room I have felt the smell of cigarettes, maybe it was the smell from the room which was next to us but it didn’t disturb cause i have been feeling it only when i came into the room. When I was in the room I didn’t feel it. And the shower didn’t work good because of broken handshower- water wasn’t flowing with full force.

I liked the most staff. They were very kind and helpful.

There is no sleepers in the room,the wifi connection is poor,and the expectation of the breakfast is not good,we are expecting more choices of food for breakfast but its not.

The room was far from the city centre but nearby metro station and there was no AC in the room

Breakfast was poor, bathroom was covered in mold and toilet had marks from the previous visitor in it. Got eaten alive every night by mosquitoes whilst sleeping which was extremely uncomfortable. For the money paid i expected better!

Bed was comfy, staff were freindly, it was easy to find and navigate, fan in room was super.

The shower on the third floor was gross - you really need to do something about the black mold ... Also, there is no place to put your soap or shampoo inside the shower stall. The toilet flush definitely needs more water pressure and it would be nice to have more hooks or shelves in the room to put your wet towels on (if you don't want to leave them in the shared bathroom).

The staff was extremely nice and helpful; the location is great if you don't mind taking the Metro to the inner city. The room was bigger than expected and had a quiet balcony.

Since the season begins, there was not much choice and decided to settle in this hotel. Very friendly hotel owner. There is a cool restaurant 5 minutes away (Mozarella). Cozy patio. Breakfast croissants, juice, yogurt. Refresh repair, and we will be very good.

I think too expensive (most expensive accomodation after my previous 4 accomodations in Milan) but I cannot find any other in the neighbourhood for that date. Not best room I have in Milan, in other words, I expected more. Also very small shower in private bathroom.

I realy like view from window, into the garden. I also like "numbers" of rooms called after classical musicians like Vivaldi, Mozart, etc.

The water was cold in the shower. It didn't matter what time of day you took a shower, it was terribly cold.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. They helped us get a taxi to the airport and gave us tips for how to get to Como. Breakfast (croissant, juice, yogurt) was great. The rooms were a decent size.
