The rooms aren't soundproof, the shared bathroom would benefit from more cleaning

The host was welcoming and accomodated us well. The location was good due to its proximity to the metro station (about 5-6 mins), so it was easy to get to key parts of the city.

The owner of the apartment was very nice, met me near the apartment, showed me everything, handed over the keys.

The room smelled like cigarette during the whole stay, we texted the owner and he said he was sorry because the other guests had smoked in the room, but that he could offer us another room if we payed 50€ extra. (??) this should have been free of charge… the room was OK for a few days but for that money you can find something better:)

- bathroom or at least shower needs a renovation. Tiles got yellowish and it just doesn't look clean. - there should be some instruction how to flush the water in the toilet. It was simple to me, but it seems that it wasn't obvious to others. It is just disgusting if anytime you enter the toilet there is unflushed water.

The bed was essentially two beds strapped togeather rather than a normal bed for 2 people. The shower is extreamly small and not shining clean. Instead of AC as advertised they had a simple fan that does not heelp in 37°C Could add some vine bottle opener and kettle for tea. (Would have made a better experience)

Room is clean and the fan worked. Overall it was what I expected for the price that was paid. Just a simple room in Rome.

Strategic location, close to the metro, 10 min from the city center. Quiet neighborhood. The room is good enough for a couple. The hosts are helpful and responsive. Highly recommend for a few-days-stay in Rome.

The fan is not enough in 36°C and for all that money paid you should get air conditioning! The bad smell came out of the wardrobe. The shared bathroom was disgusting and there was too warm (no window, no air conditioning, no fan...nothing). The toilet is always dirty with yellowish water in it, just terrible. Not worth the money. There was no kettle in the room, no kitchen, no fridge, no plates, cups and cutlery.

The location of the apartment is really good. Close to metro and bus stops. The bed was comfortable.

Excellent location. The subway station is less than 10 mins by walk. Neighborhood is quiet and has some shops and restaurants close. Room was clean and we had our own private bathroom.

The shared bathroom might need a small update, especially in the shower area. Either way, it was sufficient for a short stay.

The property is located in an excellent area. You can find everything you want on the main street: market, pizza and panini, supermarket, shopping mall, etc. The metro station is very close, therefore you can easily reach the city centre. You also have a bus station nearby. The host was very welcoming and helpful.

We did not turn off the room lights when we got outside, so we received a message from the owner that we have to turn it off next time. When we returned back to the place, the lights were turned off. We are not sure if the owner went inside our room to turn off the lights, but it did not feel right. I think we were the only one that had a bathroom with the room, the other rooms had a shared bathroom. The bathroom was not clean and while showering the water did not drain well. The last day, the showerhead holder broke, because the the thing was too rusty. Also, the room's floor was dirty, I at least walked around with slippers or my socks on.

The location was pretty accessible by train and check-in went smoothly.
