We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

RomaniaTwo small issues that might bother other people, although for me they were OK: they have heating in the floor which is very pleasant. Before coming, I read reviews on Booking, saying it's cold in the apartment. I could say that once I felt a little bit cold, but the problem was solved with a pair of socks 😁. Otherwise, it was very pleasant. Second small issue: the bathroom has the ceiling closer to the floor on one side of the bathroom and in one of the bedrooms. This could be an issue for some very tall people like me but nothing to worry. You go there for ski not for staying in the bathroom.
The location was very nice and clean. The host was very helpful, providing all the necessary information. There is a kitchen with all the necessary appliances. A ski room is also present. There is a restaurant in 10 minutes walk and also duty free shops and supermarkets. Livigno is a duty free zone so expect smaller prices. The gas has the smallest price in the whole Italy, so prepare your trip accordingly.

IrelandI would have had some cheap coffee and maybe a box of UHT milk and a couple granola bars for the morning after a guest arrives. I ended up bringing my own instant yucky coffee just in case the place had none and I left some behind for the next guest after I bought some delicious Illy coffee for the espresso pot. Arriving late at night and not knowing what type of coffee machine is available makes buying ahead of your trip not possible. Also provide more than 3 toilet rolls for 2 guests for 7 nights. I bought more so no big deal but why not provide more than you need? Same goes for garbage bags. Only 1 was provided for 1 week and then a message to take out the garbage rather than have the cleaner do it.... but not enough bags provided... Also give guests the knowledge on how to get into the place a few days before arrival in case they don't get your message on a foreign phone the day of arrival especially when arriving late at not like we did.... why not just tell the guest the room number and the key will be in the door a few days in advance to avoid the problem? I loved staying there but these are just simple things to make it even better for guests.

SloveniaIt was my second time at this place. The owners are very kind and helpful. The apartment is nice, good size, comfortable and good value. There is also a room available to leave bikes, skis, etc. It is located on the outskirts of Trepalle village, but with a car the location is quite convenient, few minutes to ski lifts and 10km to Livigno.

PolandOutside recreation area at this stage was not usable as there was still a lot of snow, so no space for kids to play outside. The only thing that was really bad was the spring in the beds that were uneven. you could literally fall of the bed, which happened to our kid on the first night, because the whole in the middle of the bed on the edge of the bed. Sofa in the living room was ok.
Location was very nice, bit on the side, so it was very quiet. Good parking in front of entrance to the apartment. Apartment was specious and well equipped.
