While I praised their breakfast, dinner was just OK. And we had to wait 1.5hrs for our food as they prioritized a big group. I deducted a star because the hotel sits on a busy road and you can not open the windows at night. Also, you can not get lunch and the bar is somehow not really welcoming. Our room was nice but a bit too small for my liking. We had a good stay but not very good.

Nice fam. hotel. Everyone is really kind and helpful. Breakfast is amazing: choice and quality is first class. Walking distance to ski lift.

Location was excellent for access to both Bormio town and ski area alike. The bus stop was just outside the hotel. Our room had a fantastic view of the Stelvio piste. The service in the hotel was very good with excellent breakfast. The rooms are warm, comfortable and clean.

Loved my stay here, travelled through New York,London,Amsterdam,Paris and Rome and this was my favourite place to stay. Staff,Location,Cleanliness, Breakfast and room were great.

Excellent suite and very quiet. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Strong wifi. All Staff were incredibly helpful and Nick the hotel manager was delightful too. We would definitely stay again, thank you!

Nothing not to like.

The hotel was fabulous. Staff were always so helpful. Breakfast was amazing...so good and so much variety. The room was excellent...very comfortable bed and so clean. The hotel was also close to the bus station.

Parking can be tough, you can park in the front if you are lucky to get one of the few spaces or in the garage. The garage is a very tight space so a small vehicle would be a plus.

Clearer signage to the hotel car park is needed. We parked in the wrong place so the parking charge was higher

This hotel is located right on the main street for the road to the Gavia Pass. It's within walking distance of the centre of Bormio and boasts a warm and homely atmosphere. It's a wonderful hotel.

I have nothing to say here. Everything about our stay was brilliant!

Fantastic room! We were offered a complimentary double upgrade to a suite. The room was beautiful and the view incredible. Staff were amazing….i should have got the name of the lady who checked us in. She was lovely and couldn’t have been more welcoming or helpful. We did t eat at the restaurant for dinner but instead opted for pizza at the Sunrise Pub across the road…traditional Italian pizza and it was great! Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was great!

A lack of AC I can understand in an older building and this far into the alps however, in a 4 star hotel, I would expect there to be a fan available for warmer days. It was so hot that we had to sleep with the balcony doors open. I would also say that there should be an iron in each room as we were unable to iron our clothes.

We had the Cevedale Suite and it was stunning. Views and condition of room were excellent and the underground parking was very good, despite being extremely tight. Staff were very nice and worked to accommodate as much as they could.
