We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

IndiaIt,s my advise that they should start the live kitchen.
All the front desk people specially Mr. Matthieu was very helpful, in spite of Taxi strike on our leaving day he helped us with his good source to arrange a taxi for the airport, they all know English and helped us a lot in roaming the Milan, especially advised us for a good restaurant near by. This property is well located, clean, value for money, I will again visit soon.

RomaniaBreakfast could be more varied, quite a distance to the metro station, the room faced the street, which for a person with a more sensitive sleep can be unpleasant and annoying, but we were quite tired, so we managed to sleep.
Friendly and nice staff, they surprised us and offered us free parking, cleaning was done regularly and our towels were changed daily, small but cozy room, the heating system was working properly, considering that we had rainy and cool days in Milan.

PolandIn general nothing really bad. Just keep in mind that the neighberhood is quite local so not much entertaiment is arround so be carful if you travel for pleasure/ party. Also, I had window facing the street and it was quite heavy in trafic full even in the night so it was diffciult to keep window open for night.
Nice reception and long open. Close to the metro to reach the city center. The rooms are clean and have all it needs. Breakfast was good and had some choice.
