Breakfast was the typical Italian breakfast with one cornetto and one coffee and we had to go to a cafe nearby.

It’s not a dislike just a recommendation to provide another trash bin in the bathroom with the sink and shower so you do not have to carry trash to the bedroom or the bathroom with the toilet and bidet. Also, the google device that turns on the tv and heat/AC should also be programmed to understand other languages except Italian (although because it didn’t, I learned to say in Italian, (accendi la tv - turn on the tv.)🙂🇮🇹

The B &B was very clean and modern, and the building that it was situated in was typical Rome, with the stairs and tall doorway to the building. I liked that the property was clean and updated and had a lift. And the view of the wonderful sunset and sunrise off the ocean could not be described other than to say fantastical. Breakfast was included and I had the option of having it instead of going a few doors down to the bar / restaurant it was being served at.

It was a little hard to find the entrance, the restaurant for the included breakfast they were kind of rude.

We loved the receptionist! She was so nice, helpful and kind! The room is nice in a very good location next to many restaurants and the ocean.

Building was in renovation at the time of the stay and overall a bit old. Hallway basically all a construction site. But once in inside the room all was well. Wifi wasn’t very good.

The rooms are located in a rundown building. The first impression of the b&b is bad. The building’s entrance and stairs are dirty and not taken care of. The rooms are nice; however, the stairs from the elevator to the check in desk and the stairs to stay in the larger family room are uncomfortable. Indeed, the stairs to the larger family room is very inconvenient and borderline dangerous with luggage. The large bedroom is dark and lacks natural light. The two double beds are indeed sofas converted into beds.

Location was excellent. Daniella was very professional and incredible assisting us and keeping the rooms spotless.

The upstairs rooms dont allow room to take your luggage up the stairs

Daniela made this stay incredible, we had a short layover for one night and we were put in an upstairs room where we couldnt take our suitcases as the stairwell is too narrow so she held them in here own room and woke up at 3:30am to ensure we had them for our flight

The room I rented was suppose to have a terrace. Thats why it was more expensive. Terrace was not available because of ongoing building construction. I understand its not exdactly the owners fault, however I feel somewhat misleaded. This room shouldn't have advertised as "terrace" room, and priced accordingly.

Everything was excellent! Room was cleaned everyday, new coffee and water were replaced as well. The manager Daniela was very helpful, freindly and always available. Location is unbeatable! Breakfest from the cafe nearby was good and to the level of our expectation. Usually we would order cappuccino and a pastry. We really felt in love with Napoli!

I liked everything and. We booked 2 rooms which was more than good. As recommendation If the room will had a safe (to leave passpots, money and personal stuff that you do not need to take with you walking at the city) it will be the best we had at Italy. One another thing for travelers. Take in account that b&b located at second floor and you will need to take your luggage all the way up and finally down stairs. No elevator at the building. The stairs are wide and easy but still you need to get all the way up.

The place is perfect. The rooms are very comfortable, you recieve very good service and cleaning everyday. The breakfast are small (salad or sandwich or croissant) with tea or coffee but it's fine and there are option that you recieve it to your room which is good for lazy tourists. But the most i want to say thank you to Daniella! She helped a lot. She managed small issues easily, was very polite and friendly. Helped with a taxi. Thank you very much Daniella!!!

if you carry heavy luggage it will be a disaster although it has elevator you are require to climb one or two floor before reaching your room

The name "Palazzo" is kind of a misnomer. We were expecting to see a traditional hotel but instead we found a building externally under reparation of which the second floor is used as a B&B establishment

The establishement is well placed near the sea and near the shopping centre, the host, Daniella, was kind and helpful, the room was comfortable and well equipped, the breakfast, provided in the coffee shop next door, was very satisfactory.
