The rooms were located on the 4th floor of an apartment block and was accessed via a quaint lift. The room was clean and comfortable.The apartment is ideally located in the Prati district only a 10 mins walk from the Vatican and 30-40 mins walk to all other major sights. You are only 5mins walk from two Metro stations, so easily accessible via public transport from your airport or centrale train station. The room was cleaned every day during my five night stay and encountered no issues, the proprietor is always contactable via WhatsApp if not personally. The area is quiet with plenty of restaurants and cafes locally. Enjoyed my stay and would return.

Nothing I didn’t like, but if you are looking for a fancy hotel and spa, this isn’t for you. This is not what we needed though.

The location was fantastic. Within walking distance of all the main sites in Rome. Bright and airy room, good warm shower, shared, clean kitchen facilities with tea & coffee. Rooms tidied daily. Comfortable beds. Host was so helpful. Great location with great cafes and restaurants nearby.

Only facility of toilet is not good, but it is a not big issue.

Cost performance is perfect. It is the best place to stay for Family(2adult, 2children)

It was definitely a bit of a walk to all the historic sites BUT, we knew that, and we like to walk. We chose to walk everywhere. We unfortunately got lost several times, lol, but we call that “adventures”!

Room had everything we needed! Loved the corner room, enjoyed windows that opened up! Felt very welcomed and safe! Loved the ambiance of the entrance, the lift, and the building! Great communal guest kitchen to share, including hot pot, microwave, tea coffee, perfect! And so many lovely cafes, stores, restaurants all around.

The location was excellent. Very nice neighborhood, with local restaurants and grocery stores across the street. Very near the Vatican and St. Peter's Basilica. Easy 12 minute walk to Vatican. Great lift to the 4th floor. Owner helped us order a taxi for our departure and recommend excellent restaurants near by.

The location was a little bit far and difficult to reach to main tourist attractions and transport in the area is unreliable. To be fair the metro was closed during the period of my stay so I can’t really judge. If the metro was running, then would of been an different story

The staff is very friendly and cleaner was helpful. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was provided! Nice breakfast near door to the hotel

The location is close to the Vatican City but a 20-30 minute walk to other attractions. Metro is close by but limited stops especially close to main attractions- Trevi fountain, pantheon, Spanish steps.

Staff were very helpful. Our family room had 2 sections so we weren’t all cramped into one space.

Nothing bad

Everything was perfect will come back again when I visit rome. They even let us leave the suitcase there when we were leaving. The guy and the girl at the reception are amazing

All was good.

Great location, near the Vatican and close to the metro . Easy to walk to the main attractions in Rome. To get from the airport they booked me a private transfer in a very nice new car with a very helpful and pleasant driver . Supermarket in the same street very handy with restaurants around too. And the room very comfortable. Had a little fridge with soft drinks and beer at good prices Nice shower room. This is my second time, and I am sure will come back and recommend it again Great guy Gian Luca was expecting us to welcome us. All great experience at the Dorado Vatican.

Only slight problem with the shower, hot water wasn’t that hot and one night there was no hot water at all.

We had an issue of getting warm watter from the shower at the beggining but we figured out that we had to wait longer to arrive.

The room is in a nice old building but still renovated and modern. It's quiet as there is no noise from the street or neighbours. It's near Vatican and the metro station. We also walked to the historical center by foot as it's only 30 mins away. The host gave us really good recomendations for restaurants. Tried a few and all were amazing. The breakfast is only croissant and coffee but there is a big sellection of croissants. We ate different one each time.
