Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

IndiaI loved everything. There was nothing which I didn’t like about this property.
The property was very clean and convenient to reach. The host was really helpful and friendly. Room was clean and big with a small kitchen attached. Everything was really good and there is a grocery store just beside the property. Moreover a bus stop just 2 minutes walk from the property. The stay was really amazing! I would rate it 10/10. The room was well ventilated and Air Conditioner was good too!

The hotel is situated halfway between Positano and Sorrento and there is a bus stop right outside the house which was very convenient. Buy bid tickets at restaurant over the road. The room was super confortable and the host was extremely friendly and helpful.

Israelit is really hard to find something but I would enjoy a larger shower cabin.
The main value of this place was the people! Monica, Teresa and her mother were extremely attentive, kind, friendly and did their utmost so that we really felt at home!! thanks a lot dear ladies. Location-Great location for visiting Amalfi cost and Sorento especially if you have a car. 15 min drive from Sorento and from Positano. we stayed in the family apartment. it is spacious and comfortable with a small private garden. We were 5 people with 3 adolescents and the apartment was big enough. the place was very clean! breakfast was very good. Teresa and her mother prepared us great eggs every day and the fresh Mozzarella and the tomatoes were delicious

RomaniaOur room was close to the street, which meant that sometimes there would be a bit of noise coming from passing cars. Not a problem once the sleep kicked in. The buses don't stop if they're full, so you need to time your schedule appropriately. However, you can share a taxi with other travellers in the area, if you are in a hurry and are lucky enough to wait with others. We had experiences of both empty buses and of full ones. Monica was very kind and gave us great advice on when it is best to take the bus.
Close to both Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast attractions, this place felt like an oasis. Monica made sure that we are comfortable, and provided us with a big breakfast every morning. The garden is beautifully arranged, which made our breakfast even more fulfilling! You can even see the sea from here. The room was a lot larger and nicer than we thought (the photos make it seem small and don't do it justice) and there was air conditioning for those who need it. The bus stop is just a few steps away from the entrance gates, but Bellaria Relais also offers private parking if you need it. There are also restaurants nearby with accessible prices compared to the rest of the Amalfi coast. We are very happy we chose this accommodation and we definitely recommend it to anyone!

United KingdomIt is a little difficult to travel around if you don’t have a car/scooter. While the property is on the Sorrento-Amalfi bus route, the buses are very unreliable and often didn’t show up or were already full and just drove past without stopping.
We got a huge apartment just for the two of us, not what we were expecting and a very pleasant surprise. The apartment had everything we needed & more. It was spacious, clean & comfortable. Monica was the perfect host. She was friendly & helpful and able to answer any questions we had. The location of Colli San Pietro is lovely, not far from Sorrento & Positano, and on the main bus route from Sorrento to Amalfi. There are plenty of restaurants and a little shop in the village.

United Kingdomthe only bad thing would be the bus situation there is a bus stop right outside but as the apartment is one stop from Positano the bus coming from sorrento was full and we waited over hour hour and wasn’t able to get onto the bus in the morning and had to get a taxi which was expensive so in terms of location just make sure you consider it as most of the time the bus will come full on the mornings especially in summer but the apartment was great and the host was great too
the apartment was very nice for a family of 4 it was really nice and comfy. there is a small store next door which sells drinks and snacks which was good as we had a kitchen. the air con was really good aswell as it was quite warm so that was very useful

Very clean and spacious, and the location made it very easy to get around to Sorrento, Positano, Amalfi and more! Would highly recommend. The host Monica is amazing and was very helpful with us being first timers in the area. Along with this, there are also very good local and friendly food spots around the area (Zio Sam and Quercus). OmanOne of the rooms only was next to road that has lots of noise pollution where we could not sleep well at first night but as soon as I shared the issue with Monica, she gave us another room immediately for a night after with absolute silence. Buses are not on times always to Positano or Sorrento for those who has limited time can be issue but for us was not really an issue
The room and bathroom were really clean, all necessary facilities, air con, tea and coffee makers, espresso, tea , candy, biscuits…with a nice garden which only 15 min to Positano by bus. Monica was really respectful, helpful and supportive

SwitzerlandWe needed an additional bed for our child, but ended up not using it at all, because it was not comfortable. The main bed was great, we only wished the added bed was also nicer.
This was a lovely stay in a clean, well-organized, and spacious apartment, with the very helpful staff and Covid measures that were very respected. The position of this accommodation was ideal for us, close to Sorrento, and Capri, and in the neighbourhood there was a good grocery store and a nice restaurant. We appreciated having the free parking spot, and how quiet the place has been. There is also a small playground in the garden.
