We travelled in the spring. There is no heating except for an AC for the whole apartment. I don't know why but it was excessively humid to the point where your bedsheets were damp and we got condensation on the walls and on the floor below some vents in the walls. The whole room smelled of moisture when we got inside. Those vents were not cleaned in ages (although the property var recently opened after winter) and cold air was coming inside making it really cold to sleep without the AC on (that was also probably not cleaned in ages).

The apartment itself was nice. Location was great and facilities for children (crib, high chair, small tub, stepper, playground) were highly appreciated. Also the community is gated and you can park close to your house.

The lack of wifi in the apartments. More of a hassel than expected.

Its good enough. Basic facilities and fine for a few days trip. Kids enjoyed the pool. Close to Garda and activities.

The only thing missing was a kettle.

An amazing accommodation for our family of two adults and 2 children. Welcoming and includes all necessities for a short stay. We ate at the restaurant and it was reasonably priced and we also ordered take out from restaurant which was prepared in good time. Supermarkets within walking distance but having a car will surely be better. Parking is available behind accomodation just a few meters away.Nice pool. Although most of the apartments were occupied it was always quite and peaceful and we really enjoyed the outdoor space.

The appartment looks a bit tired. It could do with a little bit of refurbished and for example painting the walls as they are full of “dirty” marks and better sofa and beds. Also the mattress for the cot was quite poor. The breakfast is very poor for 10€. We only went once and that’s not a “buffet” breakfast. Only one fruit options, no much stuff. It’s just no worthy that price. The sofa of the apartment is really old and uncomfortable.

We really like the pools and the communal areas. Plenty options for the kids and very well look after. The kitchen bit was quite good, but I think a little bit of more equipment could be add like kitchen towels. The appartment is clean although some little marks in the walls could look like they aren’t. We really like the location to explore the lake and villages around, but I would recommend to have a car.

The kitchen in the room could have been better equipped. There were few cutlery and an incomplete set of glasses. Very few kitchen utensils, making it difficult for those who want to cook. Furthermore, I was informed by the reception that, when checking out, it is my obligation to leave the kitchen clean and the cutlery, plates, glasses, pans and utensils washed. I asked why, as I was leaving. The hotel responded that this is so that everything is ready for the next guest. Honestly, besides it sounding strange for the guest to have to leave everything washed, which in my opinion is up to the hotel (this is the hotels's business...) it still seems unhygienic for the next guest to use dishes washed by the previous guest, in other words, a non-professional wash.

The room was not clean and maintained. A lot of dust under the beds and even leftovers of the previous guests. Also a broken door, broken electrical socket and switches.

Very nice facilities. 3 pools - one for kids (they loved it) and one for babies. A small club for kids, shows for kids every night.

The restaurant was little pricey for what the level of service they provided. Not a big deal though.

The first night we suffered from terrible noise from the guests on the floor above us. We complained at the reception and they moved us to a better room in a more convenient location. There is no WIFI in the rooms.

A charge for baby cot. Child should be entitled to a bed.. baby club was great. One of the girls was fantastic and seemed to do all the dancing and entertaining.

the only thing i did not like is that the apartment has only one aircondition for all the rooms - so you need to leave all the rooms open
