The soundproofing in the rooms Is not particularly good. The hotel doesn't offer dinner and getting to the nearest open restaurant by foot took some time.

The room offers an amazing view over the lake Como and the mountains behind it. The location is good for exploring the area by car and the hotel has free parking space on the opposite side of the road. The breakfast is ok although relatively modest.

No restaurant nearby, you need to drive to another place. The restaurant of the hotel mentioned in the descripton ist just a bar. The rooms are very clairaudient, you hear every word of your neighbours. Breakfast was very poor, only untoasted toast and very small selection. The room was relatively cold in Octobre,

It was a bit cold and blowy in the night (October) but there was an extra duvet available. I don't recommend having lunch/dinner in the "restaurant" part if you're on a budget.

Our room had a great view over the lake, and it was clean and tidy. The hotel is basically in the bus stop, so it's easily accessible by bus. The room we chose was cheaper than most places in the area of lake Como and absolutely worth it's price.

The location although beautiful tends to be quite noisy as the room is located right above the main street. It is advisable to use the provided earplugs. The breakfast although magnificent was missing the basic product - bread - two out of three times we’ve eaten.

The surrounding is very beautiful. Laglio is a calm and clean neighbourhood in which you can find pretty much everything you need from a couple days stay at Como. The staff is very nice and always helpful. We were shown our room and the shared bathroom. The bathroom was always clean and we were also provided with basic hygiene products as well as two towels each. Each room is additionally equipped with a tap - which made it easy to wash your hands or teeth. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was exceptional - croissants, breads, toasts, yogurts, jams, Nutella, hams and cheeses.

We bought water bottles at the local bar, and we noticed that the prices varied between daytime and evening. When I inquired about the price difference, the staff didn't seem very friendly.

The view and location were absolutely stunning, making it feel like a dream come true.

The room was not appropriately cleaned before our arrival, the ceiling in the shower is covered with black mold, the breakfast selection is very limited. Generally overpriced, wouldn’t stay again.

The views from the hotel over the lake Como are gorgeous, the hotel staff is helpful and polite.

The noise from the trafic, the smell from the bathroom, the air conditioning was lacking the remote and the filters were not cleaned

The hotel is located right next to the street, which is very noisy even at night. This street was dangerous to cross. The car here was very fast. There was no access to the lake here, no place to walk.
