Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Same breakfast daily can be overwhelming for a longer stay period.

Good, but costly breakfast.
Is you want a fair hotel not far from the Coliseum - this is the one you are looking for. Nice way to avoid underground if you are ready to spend 15-20 min by foot.

Nice hotel with the option to reach Coliseum by foot in 15 min. Nice option for active ones. Breakfasts are a bit expensive.

It was great being by Metro but there really weren't any restaurants or other things close by. We did love the coffee shop right next door. Also the Wi-Fi seemed a little spotty.
We love the location right on the metro line, the rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of toiletries and towels.

Nothing really
Room was spotlessly clean although duvet cover was ripped slightly.. The bathroom was very well fitted and had an exceptionally good shower. The reception stff were very helpful with advice and directions

The rooms are not noise protected. The snoring from the neighbor room was quite disturbing. Also the rooms with view to the street were noisy, but the staff was so helpful and changed our room to the backyard view and it was excellent.
The room is very spacious, the bed - comfortable, and the organization of the space is very practical ( there is enough room for luggage, a desk to write/work). There were additional bathrobes ( considering this is not a spa hotels, it was a nice surprise). Тhe breakfast is excellent - fresh juice that you make by yourself, variety of quality cheese, salami, sweets and fruit. The staff is very nice and helpful!

Extremely convenient location, just situated at one of the exits of Manzoni metro station. The room looks new and adequately furnished. At the lobby, free lemon water/tea/coffee/snack are provided in early afternoon. Very helpful and friendly staff with a smile at the reception. We had half board, and both breakfast and dinner are superb. Love to stay in this hotel next time!

Room furniture a bit old. Breakfast place is quite small and busy.
Clean room and helpful staff. Good location and value for money. Tremini train station is 20 minutes walking distance and metro station just next to the hotel. Most of the main tourist attractions are within walking distance.

Breakfast quality was low for the vegetables that were present. Some even were bad already. Coffee was horrible.

Very noisy street outside but that might just be Rome I general, other than that everything was very good!
There was plenty of nice food at the breakfast buffet, they have a luggage room to store your luggage for free, free coffee and lemon water in the lobby area, walking distance to Colosseo

This hotel is unfortunately let down by it's the reception staff. Several errors made with my bill which was paid in full at check in. First one was an overcharge for the Rome city tax. When I pointed this out a couple of days after checking in, instead of making a simple refund, for some reason I was charged the full amount for my stay again. A very competent and pleasant duty manager eventually sorted things out but it seems that she has competence issues with some of her reception team.
A very pleasant hotel, which is well placed next to Manzoni Metro station. It has comfortable bedrooms, a good restaurant and bar and a comfortable lounge next to reception The bedrooms are well equipped and made up and cleaned to a very high standard each day.

Not much veggies selection for breakfast. Water kettle was leaking. Heating system wasnt automatically on when we checked into the room and need to ask reception to turn it on.
Good location. Convenient to commute via Metro. Welcome drink and snack were a big help after a long walk.
