The room was a bit dirty, especially the bathroom. Some improvements and renovations are definitely needed.

WE arrived very late so we needed a late check-in which the hotel facilitated without any problems. Conditions were decent. It's close to the subway but be careful as sometimes it doesn't work.

The bath was very dated and it was difficult see the two controls to operate the shower, as they were concealed under the tap. The glass panel leaked water all over the floor. There was no rail to help visitors to stand up out of the deep tub. A new shower would be a good investment.

Although the decor was dated, the room was spacious and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable and convenient stay. We appreciated the little kitchenette, with its two electric hobs, fridge and small sink. The kitchenware was adequate, if well-us0ed and the microwave in the bedroom completed the catering facilities. The bedroom, bathroom and kitchen all had opening windows and the A/C was easily adjustable. The bedroom had a sturdy table with two chairs and there was also a folding luggage rack in the wardrobe. The TV was large and good quality for a hotel room.

It’s not hotel’s fault, I think. It’s just there was a person who was shouting at nights. Also in the morning, I woke up with cleaner’s chatting which wasn’t pleasant.

Bit hard to find. Thé hôtel is hid a way in a privât Park with a big gâte. No sign to say you have arrived on thé road side entrance

Thé price is super. Un pur bedroom We had a mini kitchen. Thé AC was good too. No noice from outside as in a vert calm area

The kitchen was super small. One can barely move around. The cutlery is in a drawer in the bedroom and doesn't have utensils, we didnt even have fork and nife for two people. The worst was that someone was smoking so much in the corridor or room that we could feel the smell inside our apartment. Awful, and despite saying it's a non-smoker room in the reservation, there was an ashtray inside the room. The receptionist also didn't even care to listen or knock twice at the door of the reception bathroom and just unlocked it when I was using the toilet.

The location is great, really close to a Metro station taking you to the city centre. Has private parking, which is always useful if driving. Staff was nice.

I arrived later than 8pm which was their end of checking-in time. I called them 7 times, nobody picked up the phone. I messaged them trough booking and to their whatsapp as well. Around noonish I got a message that they’ll send me instructions regarding my later arrival. Around 6pm I still didn’t know whether I could check in or not. We arrived at 9pm so it wasn’t that much later. This whole situation caused me so much stress since nobody said anything and I couldn’t reach anyone. Later I got a message about the gate code and I was told that my key would be at the reception desk. I just can’t understand why I couldn’t get this message earlier so it would spare me the stress. I was literally looking for last min accomodations because I didn’t know what would happen. Even my card was charged that point so I knew my money would be lost anyway. Sorry, but this wasn’t the greatest costumer service.

Staff were friendly, property was secure and the apartment had all the amenities we needed.

-The room had very old furniture and a bad smell (of cigarettes, although it was a non smoking room) - It was too far away from the city center (30 min by bus), for the high price we expected to be more central. We went to Navigli in one evening and it took us 2h to arrive at the hotel since we had to change bus/tram. - It was expensive for what we received

-We liked the savety of the area and the garden. -It was quiet and the room was big. -We had direct bus or tram to the interest areas (duomo, train station). - Air conditioning since it was 35°

The hotel was 20-30 minutes from Duomo with M2 Bus. The room was nice and clean.

very old fashioned interiors, there were bread crumbles on the floor of my room but bed sheets and towels were clean, there is a set of trash bins for waste sorting but there is no indication what for each bin is: hanging a summary statement on the wall with clear pictograms could really help. the personnel at the reception forgot to give me the code to re-enter after their closing hours: hadn't been for some other guests coming out and opening the garden door I might not have been able to get in after dinner. unfortunately the underground to the airport, that was the main reason for my choice, was not in function due to construction works but these were not annuonced even on the website of the Milan transports society.
