The location is amazing (super close to sights, bars, restaurants, supermarket, public transport, ... but it`s still quiet at night)... . We got the small room with a balcony (actually all the rooms have a balcony with little chairs and tables and an amazing view) and it was just great (just a little side note: if you travel with big suitcases you migth want to book one of the bigger rooms ;-).

The road.My room and spacious ,had my own on suite, Marcelle was a great host asked what i wanted for breakfast,and filled my fridge,you share the living space and kitchen ,but all have a balcony, and shared one too. but all have own keys to rooms and property, i was lucky as no other guests for two nights The restaurant downs stairs do beautif dinners And coffee,wine,bar across the road,vatican 7 mins walk. .thank you

The design of the apartment and room. The location is central u can find all amenities with a 5 minutes walk, coffee shops, restaurants with very good food and all clothes shops u will need. I will recommend Big Johnny

On arrival there wasn't hot water for shower, than price was 20 euro more from the app, there wasn't any soap in bathroom, neither soap dispensers only some shower gel in small bottles. On second day Marcella decided to change our room... and so on some disapoiting things from Marcella the host...

The cleanliness wasnt good. The toilet didnt even had the soap for hands, the bottle was empty, she left some small samples but those were body showers. In the corner were some hairs.

The location us good, the view from terasse is nice. but thats it.

It was a surprise that we were actually renting a room, and not a whole apartment, whereas while searching, specifically rent of appartment was mentioned. So in case you are ok with that, Big Johnny B is a perfect solution for you! The shower head was rather strange, as it only hit with three streams of water and you need to wait approximately 4 minutes before boiler starts working. Sound isolation between rented room and common area is very poor. Breakfast is very very simple, like toasts with Jam and coffe or tea, and Marcella (the owner), may buy you a little bit of extra good, in case you wish it. We preferred a bigger Breakfast, so refused it upon arrival. Luckily, Marcella had absolutely nothing against it, so we received our refund and made the breakfast ourselves.

The room was very bright, ideally clean, well-decorated. As for Rome, very quiet. Located extremely close to Vatican. Air conditioning works very fast and quiet, making no unpleasant smells. A Terrace (located in common area) is simply amazing! Has nicest sofas, pleasant view and tables to drink or eat something small. We were lucky to stay alone during the rented period, so could enjoy the pleasure of staying there alone. Beds are VERY comfortable, so I assume the matrasses are expensive and of high quality. All room looks like it's being taken care of. Looks new, cosy and relaxing. A lavatory also very nice and clean. There are quite enough bars, restaurants, shops and bars for you to choose from. It might be tough time finding a quiet restaurant in Rome, but luckily this doesn't concern this small district. I may especially recommend VostrOsteria, where we spent our last evening (food and service 10/10). In a nutshell, this is a top quality vacation in Rome if you are a couple. We definitely recommend and wishing lucky and prosperity to Marcella's renter's business!) Thank you!

Very good equipped apartment. Especially the balcony / veranda for breakfast and a late wine was very nice. We stayed for two nights in Rome and we can recommend this apartment. The room was cleaned up every day and we got the breakfast we liked.
