We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

MoldovaThe apartment exceeded all expectations. Everything you might need will most likely be here. If you want a sandwich, a sandwich maker is at your service. If you want to cook something in the kitchen, there are all kinds of dishes and utensils. If you want to play board games, there are those too. The apartment was very clean. On the occasion of the carnival, we were treated to the local dessert "bugie", a delicious thing. The location is excellent, a step away from the pedestrian street and a few minutes from the station and funicular to Pila. It was possible to check in earlier and check out later. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

Great price in a very great location. Very near to the market, restaurants, cafe, information centre. 3 minutes walk to the bus station. The accomodation is very clean. Simona is very easy to deal with, lovely person and provided us with pastry, juice and yogurt in the first day. All toiletries were provided too. The balcony is the bonus with the mountain view. We will be back for sure 😀

Czech RepublicSimona is an excelent host, she was waiting for us and even agreed to store our backback because we arrived earlier. In many properties for hire you can see that the owner have not stayed in the property for even one night. Well, not this one. The flat is beautiful and fully funtional and you can stay for a week here with no problem. There are many little things in the flat that you´ll be grateful for... And the greatest thing is probably the central location. There are stairs to reach the bedroom and bathroom, so keep that in mind if you are elderly or have problems with movement.

Being located in the center of Aosta, it was confortable to reach the railway station (7-8 minutes by foot) and Aosta Pila cable car (about 15 min by foot)
