Only one small window for natural light. Pool had no seating.

Apartment was cool even in 37 degrees. Air conditioning if needed. Having a pool was good but not available between 1pm and 3pm. Room was spacious with plenty of storage. Location great close to many cafes/restaurants. Area was reasonably quiet.

Fantastic location - just on the edge of busy Trastevere and nearby to restaurants and bars. Roody's restaurant right across the road is highly recommended. Having an outdoor area and pool to relax by was a major bonus.

We had a bar 2 doors up and Friday and Saturday was very noisy till 3 am so sleeping was hard. We stayed for a week and were only given 1towel and 1 face towel each which wasn't enough.

The location was 30 to 40 minutes walk from all attractions and bars and restaurants were right on our doorstep. It was a nice apartment and we enjoyed our stay.

Just know before you book, as said by many other commenters, that sometimes it can be a bit loud outside the window (a small price to pay for being close to a lot of restaurants and bars). We packed ear plugs - problem solved.

The property is a charming part of Trastevere. It was super easy to get the keys. It was a great place to relax after walking around Rome all day. My partner and I really had a good, relaxing time.

It didn't have a huge amount of natural light but that helped keep the temperature down in the room.

The location of this apartment is fantastic. The host is very helpful and patient. Great facilities and lots of nearby stores, restaurants and delicious ice cream shops.

It could get a bit loud at night but that is understandable since the apartment is in a lively neighbourhood filled with nightlife.

You can find significantly better in the neighborhood for 150 euros. As others in the reviews have mentioned, there is almost no natural light in the apartment. It is very loud and noisy. There is a luggage drop, but it is not in or near the apartment. It can be difficult to manage if you have a lot of luggage. This is a small Airbnb studio with no staff and little interest in ensuring guests are happy and comfortable. The owner is unresponsive and not very flexible. I requested an early check-in, and was told "Not possible" (which is totally fine). But check-in is at 3pm and check-out is at 10am. With 5 hours to clean a small studio, I hoped cleaning would happen quickly. But I didn't hear back from the owner and I wasn't notified when the room was ready. I showed up around 1:30 on my own (self check-in), and the room was ready. It doesn't take a lot to be a little courteous, flexible, and responsive: even if you can't accommodate someone. Overall, I'm glad I only had to spend one night in this apartment.

Additional towels for a longer stay. Heated towel rail not working so no facility to dry towels. Disruption to sleep due to neighbours, bin collections, deliveries to bars and restaurants, general traffic noise and fumes coming into the apartment.

The previous reviews are *not* kidding about the noise. I want to make it very clear that it isn't just "a little noisy" — this apartment has zero sound proofing, and it truly sounds like the people walking by outside are literally *in* the apartment. Unless you can sleep through *anything* you won't get much rest here. The apartment is dog friendly, but the grassy courtyard in the photos is NOT. That was the main reason I booked this location and I got scolded for letting my 5 pound dog walk in the grass. It was a real bummer. Lastly, the apartment was *freezing* — like...literally bone chilling cold and there are only 2 space heaters that did nothing. I bought slippers, warmer pajamas, and a heating pad for my dog during my stay. This would be a 10/10 apartment if there were some updates to the insulation for the main window. I ended up leaving this apartment early for a multitude of reasons, but if you're not as sensitive to cold and noise, then go for it!

The biggest positive: the location. In a wonderfully central part of Trastevere, you're close to everything including restaurants and nightlife. The value for the location is awesome. The host is friendly and responsive, and check in was easy.

The toilet was extremely LOUD and was persistent. Hot water for showers was limited. Apartment didn't have a lot of natural light. The main room light flickered constantly. We didn't use the pool because it closed at 7pm.

bathroom smelt super musky, towels were really old and smelly i couldn’t bare to use them near my face, water pressure sub par & only one small window so it was a little dark
