The only issue were loud noises coming from the arborist at the pool area

There was no WiFi signal in our room, so we had to go down to the common room... which was inconvenient because the wedding was taking place there. Although we were super tired, we didn't mind the wedding...but maybe we should have been warned

We enjoyed the breakfast, it was plentiful, and there was something for everyone to enjoy. The room was clean and tidy, and the staff was friendly.

The location and the property itself is amazing, exactly like from the movie. Amazing swimming pool with breathtaking view over Tuscan hills. Beautiful winery around. Very friendly staff, makes you feel like home. Hotel offers lots of activities.

In our 2 bedroom suite there was only 1 mirror above the sink in bathroom with poor lighting. This was hopeless when 4 people- myself,husband and 2 adult daughters had to get ready. Absolutely essential to have a mirror in bedroom too so that if someone is taking up bathroom , the others can continue to get ready. Also a full length mirror is a must . When I mentioned this at reception the girl told me it was “a farm” and this was the reason. Absolutely ridiculous reply.

Just tiny comments but not of particular relevance. No kettles or water or fridge in the room, nor desk of any kind all of which could have been useful in my specific case.

The room was full of mosquitos and no nets on the windows. There is no refrigerator in the rooms.

Beautiful place! Nice spacious rooms, comfy beds, the view is amazing!! Tasty restaurant with wine and olive oil, produced in Borgo Divino! Clean all around, the swimming pool area was amazing!

There is no fridge in the rooms, so you can’t storage anything that wasn’t purchased in the hotel. I get it, but I think at least they should provide you with free water in the room, otherwise you have to be constantly buying a new bottle or asking for ice. The first night we stayed at the hotel, there was a wedding going on, so they offered us an “Special Dinner”. On one hand, our hostage was super sweet, but on the other hand, food was simply not good. It was way too expensive and plates were small and very salty -we all agreed on it-. WiFi didn’t work great.

The view and the pool are just as amazing as they seem in the pictures! It really is a place to relax, have a nice drink and enjoy the beautiful Toscana!

Too strict rules about check out. Charging per person per hour for late check out seems stingy given the price.

Great location for everyday short trips around Chianti Classico region and Florence. Good breakfast and very kind stuff. Also, they have a really good restaurant and great wines. This was my second stay at this Hotel and for sure not the last one.

The location, views and the pool area were great. Lots of space to relax and never too crowded. Restaurant food and breakfast also really tasty and served in a lovely area. Rooms were spacious and clean.
