Breakfast included was limited. Didn't have many hot food options, some of the vegetables didn't look fresh, could have had a better selection of cured meats and cheeses. Hotel itself and rooms are very dated, definitely need to be updated and have some renovation works. E.g. the silicone seals in the bathroom which are mouldy in some places. Also, the rooms were generally clean, but need a deep clean as things such as curtains did not look clean and there were quite a lot of spider webs near the ceilings of the room. Also, our room was facing the taxi area outside of the train station which can be very noisy with the relentless beeping of the drivers.

Location of this hotel is right next to the central Milan train station which is super convenient if you are travelling to the airport or by train to other parts of Italy. It is also very close to a lot of restaurants, bars and the metro, so location is amazing. Room was also spacious and wasn't too noisy. Staff was friendly. Great coffee at breakfast.

The noise of flushing down the toilet is super weird and loud, you can also hear it from nearby rooms too.. it's if the walls are going to burst.. again - super weird.

Lightning in the room could be improved, some lamps were not working.

Very helpful staff! The breafast was by far the best compared to other hotel of similar range in whole Italy. It is very close to the Central Station and metro, so if you are ariving late, this is exactly what you need. The single room was very tiny, however offering exactly what is needed for a single travelling person, a comfortable bed, tv, little fridge and AC (vital for summer month in Italy).

Not a complaint but an observation, as with many European hotels, there is a small flight of stairs to enter the hotel, no ramp. We carried our bags in and we were given help with them on our departure. Not a problem for us just a heads up for anyone with mobility issues.

We needed a hotel near Milan railway station. The hotel is a short walk to the station which was great for us. The room was clean and comfortable and provided us with several large bottles of water free of charge, 2 still and 2 sparkling. Breakfast was included with our room and offered plenty of choice. The staff at breakfast were very friendly.

A bit disappointing there was no bar as we were waiting for a friend to arrive and stay at the same hotel.

The hotel is next to the main train station and the area for buses to the airport. The hotel was comfortable and had everything you could need for a night.

Small but comfortable room, decent bed, excellent sound isolation. Good breakfast (Italian-style, so tending sweet, but with fresh fruits, delicious pastry). Very good staff. Good location, very close to the train station and metro network.

Wasn't a fan of the breakfast selection but may be preference. My only minor thing was how loud the toilet flush is! Not sure why it sounds like a plane taking off, but was stirred a few times from the sound of other rooms toilets!

Perfect location, couldn't get any better! The most charming hotel, very old fashioned but doesn't really reduce the quality. The staff were lovely and welcoming. Room had everything it needed for my short stay. Quite impressed with the amenities.

The hotel is very convenient to the main railway station, making it ideal for our purpose, which was an overnight stay on a Eurail journey from Croatia to France. The room was clean and comfortable, and the city centre is within walking distance.

Very close and convenient to the railway station, we were given a warm welcome after a very long day travelling from London. The room was cool from the air conditioning and the bathroom clean.
