Everything was great.

We stayed for two days and enjoyed it very much. The location was great, off Via Roma. The hosts were lovely, let us in, explained everything and sent restaurant recommendations. It was very clean. The hosts take sustainability very seriously, ask not to overuse the AC, encourage recycling and not leaving any plastic behind.

The hosts at this property were amazingly welcoming. They helped me in every possible way and maintained highest level of professionalism. The location is perfect and is very close to via Rome. Walking distance from the train and the central station.

Michele and Daniela were really nice. The rooms were nicely decorated and quite big. The view from the balcony was also very nice. A bit loud due to the busy street, but one does not hear anything if the windows are closed. I can definitely recommend this hotel!

No breakfast. No possibility of making coffee unless you bought your own instant coffee and used a hot water dispenser.

Very pleasant room on the corner with windows on two sides. Lots of air through the room. Good location. 10-15 minutes from the harbor and the train station.

The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful, we got a looong list of different beach and restaurant recommendations which helped us alot. The room was spacious and had everything that we needed. The place was exceptionally clean. We also had a private bathroom across the hall but that was not an issue for us. Also, the location of the accommodation is central and it is possible to walk everywhere. We were also very lucky to get a free parking spot almost every night next to the building (tip: come before 8pm). Me and my friend would definitely recommend this place.

Because of the Covid situation, we didn’t have the chance to have breakfast nor have access to the kitchen. Unfortunately, this was not Michele and Daniela’s fault. We totally understand and agree to respect their choice and keep our distance. We hope the situation will change in the coming weeks to let new guests the chance to share moments with them.

Michele and Daniela were one of the best host we’ve ever had. They were very nice, welcoming and helpful to answer any questions we had. They gave us their recommendations to find the best bars and restaurants in the city. Plus, the situation of the property is perfect. Super close to the city center, the train and the bus stations.

We booked 2 single beds, but got a double. Covid restrictions meant we were restricted to our bedroom & bathroom, which was understandable.

We didn’t like that we didn’t have direct access from the room to the bathroom. The bathroom was just for us though.

The location is very good as well as the room. Everything was clean and what we especially liked was the apartment design. It is designed in tradionl style and very authentic. The owners were extra nice and showed us the places we should visit in that area.

Everything was great. We had no complaints at all.

The location of Ca' del Sol is great. Very easy to reach it coming from the airport (just few mins from the train station connected to the airport). Close to all amenities, seconds from the marina The room was huge with a comfy bed. The bathroom was outside the room but just for us, it was also huge. Everything quiet, clean, and charm. But the best part was Michele! What a great host! Very helpful with tips for everything, always with a smile and talking in Spanish, English and French. We will be back and recommend it to everybody!!

Dusty and very dirty. The air conditioner is actually impossible to use (blackouts in the city), but I would not even risk turning it on and breathing it - considering the dust and dirt around, I don’t think that the AC is properly serviced/cleaned. Not enough hot water for everyone - washed myself several times in cold water.

The Bathroom was outside of the room and we had to walk through the common room or in front of the other rooms to get there. Since it is COVID, you have to wear a mask everytime you go to the bathroom .... The breakfast was cancelled for COVID reasons but I think since all the restaurants are open we could have as well had breakfast in the B&B

The hosts were very nice and provided us with recommendations, they also let us keep our bags until 3 pm on checkout day. The house is decorated in a nice way Even though it is on the main street, once you close the windows you no longer hear a sound Having the AC was a blessing by such heat
