The staff was unbelievable, the evening manager even called 15 restaurants to find us a booking for dinner, and was genuinely upset when she found out everything was full. She organised food for us from a restaurant and set up the breakfast area so we were comfortable, and didn’t have to eat in our rooms. Apart from her the other two ladies who were working there were the friendliest staff I have ever experienced

The hotel is a very nice place with an atmosphere, in a stylish old villa. We chose it as a "base" to visit the nearby attractions and we was very satisfied with it - it's a pity we could not spend more time inside the hotel, it would have worth it. Our room was spacious, stylish, well equipped and had a very nice view to the Italian countryside. Breakfast is Italian, that means much more sweet food than we use to eat, but it was okay for us, we always found enough to eat. The staff was super nice and helpful, we are very grateful for them. Extra thanks to Emanuela (if I write right her name) for her kindness to my little daughter. :) There is a good pizzeria just outside the villa, only a few minutes walk - and they speak English. We recommend this hotel if you would like to visit Vicenza, Verona, Padova and even Venezia and the Lake of Garda (also Gardaland).

In the area a lot of restaurants were closed due to holiday season. Since we used to be in more touristic places we didn't expect so much to be closed. We sometimes had a hard search for a nice place to eat. Also it was not possible to have lunch /dinner at the hotel. I think especially during month of august but also in general it would be nice to add a lunch/dinner service, due to the rural character of the area.

The staff was super friendly and very helpfull! Also roomservice was very thoughtful - we stayed in one day as the weather not great and they knew we did not leave the room, so they didn't come banging at the door. They keep a close eye to which guests are in or out, so they don't disturb your holiday with cleaning, bonus points in our opinion! The breakfast was nice and the staff made fresh coffee on demand with nice drawings of coco. It is a beautiful old house and is well kept. We would love to come back some time!

The hotel is far away from other sites, we walked an hour to find the nearest restaurant Because most of them Are closed in August. If you get your car, this isn’t a problem :)

We booked this on our way back from our vacation and we were delighted by the family Tuning the hotel Because they Are so nice, with such big smiles, and Made us feel very welcome. The pool and the Room were clean, the bed is comfy, the breakfast satisfactory. Overall Experience is great, totally worth a short visit!

Beautifully renovated historic building in a nice surrounding (a bit off the highway, but worth the detour even for a night). Spacious and comfortable room, fresh even in a hot summer. Tasty breakfast. The swimming pool is another nice feature. We appreciated the help of the staff even after arriving a bit late due to heavy traffic.

It is an old property but renovated and kept up quite well. The pool was a wonderful treat after a warm day of sightseeing. The property was close to only one restaurant (which was very good) which means you would need a car to visit any other sites you would like to visit.

Good place for one-day trips to historical cities and nature. I hope we will come back and enjoy the place better. This time half of our traveling team was sick during our stay :(

Absolutely nothing, we had such a lovely and relaxing stay.

What a place - it exceeded our expectations. The pool, apartment and facilities were all excellent. All the staff were just ‘first class’, helpful, friendly, go out of their way to make everyone’s holiday a first class experience. If ever I was back in this area I would love to stay at Ca'Masieri a real gem that’s so special.

There wasn’t anything at all we didn’t like.

The property was simply beautiful and quaint. I think we were told the buildings were built in 1802. The staff were so friendly, breakfast was a small spread but exactly what you needed. We will be returning to this property as soon as we possibly can.

We had the pleasure of staying at this lovely property for just one night, and despite the short stay, I was blown away by the warm welcome and exceptional service provided by the staff. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with smiles and genuine hospitality that made us feel right at home. Not only were the staff super friendly, but the property itself was absolutely gorgeous. And @ breakfast, we were again impressed by the quality of the food and the attentiveness of the staff. Overall, I cannot recommend this property highly enough. Despite our brief stay, we were able to fully appreciate our stay, and we will for sure return in summer when the pool will be opened :)
