Run down building, very uncomfortable bed. Noisy if windows are open. Ancient closet

The lobby could be cleaner or more inviting. The same with the staircase. The rooms are clean but a little outdated and in dire need of a refresh.

The room was clean and the hotel is conveniently located near the main train station.

There was a lot of stairs to get to the room.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room we had was modern and well cleaned. The location was very convenient for the main train station and accessing the city. The breakfast was fine and a good choice.

Breakfast was not ok even I do not expect a high standart. Some floors was also used some other hotel , it was strange so building stairs are like palace but not used or clean. Price is high for this hotel which I understood after arriving.

The breakfast was not ideal but again, it was for free so I will not complain. The shower was broken, it sprayed water forwards and backwards creating a small water park if you are not careful. The bathroom door is not close-able fully...

Checkin was very smooth also the hotel is a short 4min walk from Termini railway station. As for the room, it's a 3 star hotel so do not expect anything fancy or new. We received a free upgrade for room 505, this had a sauna.

I was not able to lock the door from inside. We could close the door but no lock to ensure safety. We had door jams we could place under door to feel safe. 2 women stayed by themselves for the first night and saw no lock.

Breakfast was good. Room was nicely broken down for the 4 of us who stayed. Twin beds were great and in 2 rooms with the bathroom dividing.

The room was cold, also the corridors. There was a bad smell in the room, supposed from the canals. The hotel rooms are just part of the building, one or two floors. Very basic breakfast. The whole feeling wasn't pleasant.

There were sewer smell in the room, we left the windows open during the day, and also we only were in the room to sleep, but the smell was worse after closing the window (we had to swich on the heating).

Perfect location, free luggage storage before check-in and after check-out. Simple breakfast, good start of the day.

Breakfast was excellent. Room was clean. A little problem with the water overflowing to the room was immediately racked by staff.

The bathroom was not separate from the bedroom. The shower was small for the space of the room as it would have been better the other end of the bath. Would have been better if the plug sockets didn’t have the light switches on the same unit and more sockets to use. Would of been nice to know before we turned up that they was renovating the hotel instead of being woken up at 7am by the builders and having to wait to use the lift as they were using it to transport building materials. The outside of the hotel needed a face lift as it was very dated.

The bed was very comfortable. Size of the room was good. Breakfast was nice they did have a good choice of food. The location was really good to the main station and the metro lines. Was easy to find from the station. The staff was friendly when we saw them.

There was a smell of drains which couldn't be helped as there was a problem somewhere but it wasn't the nicest. Also, no milk or coffee in the room. Minor things.

Good location, close to Termini station, plenty of nice little trattoria's around. It was warm and clean and pleasantly quiet for such a central location.
