Lovely family business, staff really kind, helpful. amazing building. Surrounded by the old city walls! Wonderful, particular breakfast area inside and outside in the front garden/ yard. It's a historic place. Winery too! Room comfy, spacious, we had balcony that was top! Definitely we will be back

the only bad thing is no pool. the beach is about 1 km and lake is very shallow. good for children

Nothing, everything was either within or above expectations.

There were a lot of things that I liked, for starters the hotel itself looks like a castle which is really nice. The owner was so sweet and she's super active, she's at the reception all the time greeting and helping out guests. I absolutely loved the breakfast, not only was the variety good but they also made an effort to make me eggs the way I like them and the quality of the ingredients of all things available was just fantastic. I really appreciated the flexibility with time of check-out, all the friendly suggestions on where to eat and what to see and the complimentary umbrella as soon as it started to rain slightly. And to top it off, the garage was free and they let me leave my car there even after my check-out so I could explore the area on foot and not worry about finding parking. Truly a great experience.

The overall experience was excellent! The breakfast was wonderful, the hospitality of the staff was superb and the sleeping rooms were extremely relaxing. The open-air hospitality and general area was a highlight.

No sockets to charge the phones by the beds. We only had two options - the socket behind the TV or in the bathroom.

Lovely owner and staff, very helpfull and serviceminded. Location was amazing and the hotel was comfortable with good beds. The bathroom was newly refurbished and lovely, the room itself a bit basic but good and lovely clean. Breakfast was really lovely. Indoor parking which was fab.

No English channels on TV - it was broken when we arrived and repaired on the day of our departure. Not many electrical outlets in the bedroom. As with most hotels in Italy, no tea or coffee making facilities in the room.

Great location on the edge of Lasize town centre but away from all the hustle and bustle. A good base to explore lake Garda.

Only con at breakfast was that the Orange Juices tasted extremely superficial. The room was ok, though we could hear the crying and screaming of children all night. We reserved a room with a double bed and got two single ones. Didn't matter to much as we just pushed them next to each other. I think we probably would have gotten another room if we asked. Bathroom was fine, you have to be careful standing in the bathtub to shower as it doesn't have a lot of flat area on the bottom and the showerhose was leaking a bit.

Breakfast was good and the staff super friendly. The sitting area outside is really nice and we enjoyed deliciously made drinks in the evening. Our room was clean and had everything you need. The look of the hotel gives it a really nice ambience which i loved! All of the staff are super friendly and accommodating. I felt very welcomed and I think I never had such nice hosts in a hotel before.
