Customer service is an unfamiliar concept to the property. All the facilities are very old, including towels and bed sheets, and you really feel they do not care at all. After completing my stay, the property claimed that I never checked in, with no reason provided.

The guy who welcomed us once we arrived was very kind. I cannot say the same for the one answering the phone. The location is convenient because it is close to the station, making it easy to move around from there.

Advertised as B&B with breakfast, no breakfast. Host took us to room and said we should be tipping him. Door to flat didn't shut or lock properly - security concern. Very expensive for what it was.

I booked it for my aunts. It wasn’t good at all, poor and dirty apartment with really bad hosts over there I regret booking this one Location is good cuz its near Termini but it doesn’t show the price tag only it must show the quality. I recommend as a local in Rome not to book this b&b cuz i will for sure get disappointed.

The building is located in a creepy and filthy surrounding. Do not trust the photos in booking.com it's not same. Bathroom and it's fitting is very old. Not worth the money

the staff were not supportive. It was a rainy day and they not good with their necessary support. it was difficult to find the hotel/apartment as there were many doors on the same building we were confused which door to take and the guy on phone was more concern about his working time rather than guiding us the right way in to the hotel. It also sound racism. When our shoes were full of rain water and took them off to avoid getting sick and trying to change their comment was "European don't like it".

- Staff were very very rude - Could not reach it easily as it has no clear sign in the street and no one knows it - Could not check-in any earlier than 3pm but was forced to check-out at 9am, still payed full price for what wasn’t even a full day - Was asked to pay more money if I wanted to check-in at 11am instead, even though room was free by then - Signed the receipt and had passports copoed at a shady apartment far from the B&B itself and the man taking care of this was very rude - A lot of men stay and drink all day outside the door and are very loud. Not very welcoming nor easy to sleep peacefully in.

The second bed was a pullout sofa in the living room area. It was adequate and I slept well on it, but maybe not the most comfortable option.

We had a great time! The guest house was separate from the main house, providing privacy, and it was 10 minutes driving distance from Pompei. We could see Capri Island from the backyard. The hosts were very friendly.

Location is in ghetto. It is very loud outside. Rooms are filthy and not comfortable at all. The worker who showed us the room asked for the tip. Why should I tip him something for such a horribly accommodation ??? Do not choose this place at any cost. I did regret 1000 times about staying there !!!!!

It was a nightmare! if you arrive after 2200hrs you will be charged 30 euros extra and if you arrival after midnight you will lose the booking and you end up sleep in the middle of the streets!

This was more like a backpacker hostel ,rather than a B&B . Obviously false advertising on their part. The facilities were dirty , there was no breakfast provided. They still haven't sent me an Invoice for my stay, which about sums up their service.

Everything. 1. booking says that the reception is 24/7, but in fact they are open until 00:30 and want extra fee for check-in. (30 € ) . We chose this hotel precisely because of the late check-in, because our plane arrived at 00:10. we were forced to run like crazy by taxi because they wrote to us that if we didn’t arrive till 00:30, they wouldn’t let us in. Is this normal in a hotel where information about the reception is: RECEPTION 24/7 ?? And also you have to pay for it extra .. 2. you can hear absolutely everything that happens outside the door of your room 3. There was a terrible smell of detergents, as if they had rubbed the walls and bed with them. I started having allergies I'm happy that we only needed to spend the night there for a few hours. I hope no one had to stay there longer
