There weren't any mirrors. To say that it is ocean view is a stretch. We were told we could store our luggage at the store down stairs but weren't told there was a fee. We were charged around 37Euro for just a little over an hour while we went up the street to breakfast.

Very dark rooms with extremely steep stairs over : levels which was unexpected. Very tight toilet/bathroom space for anyone over 6 foot.

Great location with easy access to train station and a modern kitchen. The bedrooms were a good size and there was good shower pressure.

Not very well stocked for an apartment. 1.5 rolls of toilet paper and no paper towels or napkins or anything else to blow your nose or wipe up any spills. No coffee provided, even though there was a coffee pot. Almost no soap in the dish soap dispenser and no dish towels so we had to use a hand towel from the bathroom. No AC and having windows open doesn’t help much as well as is noisy and let’s bugs in. And the floors were pretty dirty when we got there.

The location right on the main road in Vernazza was excellent. We loved the terrace, and the ease of access from the train station. The floor fans were helpful, both with the lack of AC and with noise from outside. Big kitchen space with a large dining table. Washing machine available, just bring your own soap.

The stairs can be challenging, there are 3 flights in total to get to the roof and the stairs and narrow and low hanging so if you're tall like my male friends you may hit your head lol. Also only other down side is it can get very hot and humid, there were big fans in the bedrooms but none in the kitchen floor.

WOW! Very cool home in the busy town of Vernazza. Very close to the train station. The host provided great directions to make it easy to find the place. The apartment it self has 3 levels with a beautiful roof top patio with an amazing view of the city. The home is brand new, very modern, haven't seen anything like this in all of Italy. The bedrooms were spacious, the kitchen area is beautiful, with laundry machine and dishwasher. Would be great to cook a meal with friends. Would stay again and wished we stayed longer.

Was hot in the bedrooms since there was no AC or fan.

Lovely apartment right in the middle of the Center. Was clean and felt very modern. Loved to rooftop terrace with amazing view over the town.

Stairs extremely steep. Getting info out of booking. Com was difficult, but dealing directly with Deborah at the property was much easier.

The stairs were way too steep, narrow and dangerous. Property not suitable for elderly or children. We could not take our heavy luggage up stairs due to how steep the stairs were. This was the same problem to access kitchen and balcony. There was a table and 2 chairs outside but would not consider it a nice outdoor area. The stairs meant we could not enjoy the property. The train station has no lift, so if you have heavy luggage you have to take down stairs yourself.

The dishwasher was broken, with dirty residual water sitting in the machine, stinking up the kitchen/second floor. Unfortunately no one came by to fix it during the stay, no dish towel or paper towel left to use to dry the dishes. The host also gave very brief and sudden notices. For example found out the dishwasher was broken the same time the host told (not asked) us that someone will come into the house the morning after the first night of stay, to collect linen for other apartments as the linen storage is in the apartment. Unfortunately the linen storage is across from the bedrooms… For the price paid for the facility, I thought it was very strange that host/housekeeping needed to have access to the apartment during our stay.

The communication with Debora was really not efficient. We could book 3 nights but as we never had the answer about the possibility of late check-in booked only 2. To get check-in details it took some days with calling to booking assistance etc. One day before the arrival date we still had not check in details. Though booking contacted Debora snd assured me that everything is ok and i will get the check-in details shortly, 10 hours later Debora told us that she did not send anything as our card was not visible to her and the booking can be cancelled.. It took some days. really?! And why she did not tell this to booking client service? Another issue the house was cold and humid, and Debora had no idea how to switch on the heating. Missing lamps and piles. Some equipment missing as well (kettler, grille-pan). In general the house is pleasant, just the communication with Debora was catastrophic, and no heating in rainy days in march it is also not terrible. No help with luggage keeping after early check-out (at 10).

Nice location in the center of Vernazza, the great terrace with a nice view (unfortunately it was raining and we could not enjoy it). That house is recently renovated.

The town was completely rammed with tourists. Nothing was available, and thousands thronged the tiny streets. The property was up two storeys on the street, then 4 storeys inside. Entrance. Stairs. Bedroom bathroom. Stairs. Kitchen. Stairs. Roof terrace (no shade) stairs. This is the place for you if you like climbing!
