We had big room with a terrace. Everything was plan to the details. Even a sunscreen as a gift and many other small things. 10th century building with the beautiful pool, from where you can see amazing view. Breakfast, where they put all the food for us on the plate. Top service, thank you

The staff is what made this stay extra special. I can’t say enough about how professional, kind, accommodating, and lovely they were. The hotel itself is a dream and everything was beautiful but the cherry on top was the exceptional service by the hotel staff.

Absolutely exceptional in every way. The staff were amazing, friendly, knowledgable, and went above and beyond to accommodate any request you might have. Our room was like a small apartment with a private terrace, sitting area, palatial bathroom with soaking tub. Small things like plenty of closet and dresser storage to unpack for 5 days and make the place feel like home. The patio and views were like a postcard. As this visit was for our honeymoon they had arranged a special table with treats and champagne for our first night, including flowers on our bed as part of turn down service. I've stayed at many high end properties and this was the best one I've ever been to. The gardens around the outdoor lunch area and next to the pool were beautiful. The infinity pool was heated and we were thrilled to be able to enjoy that even on a few days that weren't particularly hot. All of the food from breakfast to lunch, to the bar, and the high end restaurant were fantastic. They helped arrange transportation for all of the local activities we wanted to do, all of our drivers were fantastic and shared details about the area - I feel like we learned a ton from chatting with them. It was a fantastic experience for our entire visit. I wouldn't hesitate to go back.

It’s a Belmond, not much to not like. Superb property in an absolutely stunning Amalfi location. Staff, rooms, and food were wonderful, special thanks to Armando and Marco for making a great stay into an amazing one. …Armando, baby Isla ate all the blue buffalo and olives you gave us even before we left Italy!

An amazing hotel in a beautiful setting. The staff were very professional and friendly. Breakfast was delicious and served in a room with an amazing view. Dinner in the Belvedere Restaurant was wonderful and drinks in the bar listening to live music was a great end to the day. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The Amalfi Coast area is beautiful, but pretty congested with traffic and crowds. The Belmond Caruso and the town of Ravello were a picturesque and peaceful oasis.

The rromn was very spacious with a stunning view of the coast. The staff could not possibly have been more genuinely friendly and attentive. I honestly thought they must have mistook us for movie stars to have received the VIP treatment we experienced!

There's absolutely nothing I would change

This is without doubt one of the finest hotels I've ever stayed in, the service was absolutely incredible. Not a single detail was missed by staff during our stay; Ariana, Pascale and Iolanda were all so attentive and kind to us during our honeymoon here. Everything about this day was exceptional, I can't find fault.
