incredible beauty place! wonderful and hospitable hosts! looks like a fairy tale. One time we saw deer near the house at night....it's a less than 15-minute walk from the station. ideal to visit Florence and the surrounding area and be in a quiet, beautiful place surrounded by nature. Everything in the house is done beautifully and elegantly. Thank you, we had a very good time!

Cute, country farmhouse in the middle of tuscany. Easily accessible from Florence, 30 minute train ride, and ~15 minute walk from the station. Frederico was always available and accommodating, even offering to pick us home from the station when we arrived at night. Supplies provided to make a full breakfast of ham, cheeses, eggs and toast.

we came only for one night, and was very happy and surprised from the great suite. was very warm and comfortable, the bad was comfy and regards breakfast, all the ingredients was in the kitchen already and we can use that. Federico was great and kind.

The train service from S.Ellero to Firenze is not always regular depending on the time of day,morning,afternoon or the evening,so someone should always check first online prior to arriving at the station. It was a bit tiring walking back to the accomodation after a long day,but we also had the chance to enjoy the scenery.

We really liked the place and the whole region in general. The accomodation is about 20 minutes away from the train station on foot. Of course it's better for someone travelling by car. The owners were kind enough to pick us up with our luggage and take us back to the train station the day we left. The apartment was clean and comfortable and equipped with everything needed to prepare breakfast as well as cutlery and pans to cook lunch and dinner. It was like being at home. The terrace was also really nice and we were able to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings after a hectic day in the city of Florence.

The location is suitable for those who want to visit the city of Florence and the city of Arezzo. But it is less characteristic of central Tuscany. So at first we were a little disappointed. Something in the house itself is a bit dark for our liking. But that's not really a disadvantage. That's why I recommend it. Especially those who choose to be in this area. I think the area itself is more beautiful in the fall season.

The accommodation was cozy and comfortable. The owners are charming, good and pleasant people. The house is spacious and well equipped. We got products for breakfast. Everything is clean and new. You can walk in the forest. The train station is close and convenient to get to the city of Florence.

I am not used to houses having little daylight in, but I understand this is common in Italy. Also the room I was in was on the windy side, so sadly I didn’t get to soak in the amazing views to the fullest.

Very nice traditionally looking house with everything you may need and exceptionally comfortable bed. You can see that the owners keep it with care. Federico was super helpful and the whole family was friendly.

We loved everything! Very comfortable, lovely place, incredible views and excellent location. Very easy access to Florence by car or train. Francesca is an adorable host and we definitely felt like home. We can't wait to be back!

Everything was great. There is a steep slope right before you reach the house, so bear that in mind if you are a poor driver :), It's only 50 m or so, so you can easily walk to the house if needed.

I highly recommend staying at Casa Al Bosco - amazing place and amazing hosts! Good location, close to Florence and 5-7 min away from good local restaurants. It's located on a the top of a small hill, so the view from the house is amazing - even better than what you can see in the pictures posted by the host on Booking. Large rooms and everything is very clean. The host was great and very helpful - he offered to help in case we ever get stranded in our day trips and had a wealth of information on what to visit in Tuscany (outside the regular very touristic destinations) and non-tourist trap places to eat. It was a shame we only stayed for a few nights, so we didn't have time to check the surroundings - there are a lot of nice hiking trails nearby. Oh, and one night when we got back to the house, there were two baby deer on our terrace. I highly recommend it and in fact we plan to come back next year:)
