The room was very old, TV didn't work, no phone in the room to call reception, no water kettle in the room which was very necessary for the cold weather.

It was good to find somewhere open at a time of the year when most places in the area are closed and for a reasonable price. Instructions re arrival were clear and the welcome was friendly. The room was a good size for 3 beds, with a balcony and all we needed. The breakfast was good too. Plenty secure parking.

Very modest stay with spectacular staff and amazing value for money! The location is great and easily accessible by bus and there's plenty of things to see in the area. We don't ski but there's also plenty of lifts in the area. Highly recommended!

Ok. So this is a 2 star hotel. I don't know exactly how it is supposed to look, but it does look a bit to old and not enough cared for. The food was plenty, with buffet for breakfast and dinner, but not very tasty. And we weren't really confident in eating everything that was out there (the tomatoes didn't look fresh). The room had no balcony. We didn't check this before, because everytime we went in the Alps we had a room with balcony, so we supposed all the rooms are like that 😅 The playground for kids had only 2 swings and the traces of 2 other broken things.

The location is great. The room was big.

The complimentary bathroom toiletries were ok but I would recommend taking your own shower gel and shampoo. The property is a 10-15 min walk from Selva centre and can be a bit of a challenge getting back in ski boots if you miss the last ski bus. Not a major issue but something to be mindful of if you had young children with you.

Simple breakfast with some warm items, pastries, cheese, ham, fruit juices, coffee, etc. There is a boot room with lockers where you pay a €10 refundable deposit. There is a linking chairlift about 5-10 mins walk from the accommodation and ski bus stop about 2 mins walk away. Very good value bar within the property that whilst a bit on the old side still has character and is a good place to grab a drink. Our 3 person room and 3 single beds and plenty of storage space. Functional bathroom with a good shower. Nice and warm room with plenty of radiators for drying wet ski gear. We also had a balcony.

This hotel is amazing! We loved our stay so much. The staff was very friendly and nice. Breakfast is delicious and a lot of choice what to eat. Lunch and dinner are available for separate small price. Highly recommend taking it, desserts were unforgettable. Hotel also provided us free bus tickets to Ortisei (so nice and convenient). The bus stop is 1min walk. The room is big, clean and had a nice view and a terrace. We would definitely book again once we are back to the valley.
