The property is located on a hilltop. If you do not have your own vehicle be prepared to do a high incline walk for atleast 15 mins. The location was also not correct on the maps. It took us quite a while to identify the property. Very far from the city centre. Misleading google maps location.

The room didn't have a fan or aircon so it was a little warm.

Great breakfast experience, just like all the other reviews say. Loretta was so sweet to us even though we didn't speak the same language, she reminded me of my grandmother.

It is not the same like in google maps timetable: be ready waiting for 2-3 buses 870 to go to Paola stop (city center). In room where we stay towels were very old (other staff ok). It is nice to change spoons and forks.

We where in Rome for 4 days and we travel by public transport. On the corner of the street 24 hours pizzeria with 1 kilo for 10 euro (amazing test and you don't need cook at all). Lady cooked cool breakfasts and you can use kitchen. It is a quite place but when your neighbors were laughing at midnight you will hear every sing word.

This review is hidden because it doesn't meet our guidelines.

It is quite far from the centre, but we didn't mind it as much. We were quite surprised to had been given two single beds instead of a double.

We really enjoyed staying with loretta and her son. The place is clean, has everything you need and loretta always makes sure that you're happy. She's also such an excellent cook! We are both vegan and even though she first offered us things that we don't eat, she quickly realised that and it was only getting better and better. The best part - she cooked as vegan pancakes on the last day! VEGAN PANCAKES (you can only understand it if you're vegan). I don't understand the negative comments here, especially about the fact that the host lives there. She does, but you are given all the privacy you need and she's just so lovely. If you have very high standards, then maybe this place isn't for you (not that there was anything bad with this place to begin with), but then be prepared to pay much more. Overall: much recommended!

We were amazed from the variety of food during breakfast. The lady owner, Loretta, prepared us different breakfast for each day. She was very kind to us and tried to fullfill all of our wishes. The neighborhood was so quiet. The room and shared bathroom were clean every day.

Location was very bad. You will have to travel atleast one and half hour to reach to Rome centre.

Host was super nice. Breakfast was also nice according to the price. Room was also spacious and nice. One good thing is it's near to fco airport (in comparison of you are living in Rome centre)

Con's: 1) Room was not clean. 2) The room booked and given was different. 3) bed sheets and towels are old ones and it was smelly. 4) online room photos and actual room photos are different. 5) Breakfast glasses, plates and cutlery were old as well and it is smelly as well 6) if you know car driving perfectly then only opt for it because roads were narrow and up hill as well.

Pro's: The host casa has a very friendly nature and is ready to help any time. Breakfast provided was okay.. Car parking provided freely.

A very kind host who tried to help us with anything we asked. She treated us very nicely and gave us some recommendations that turned out to be very good. Breakfast was prepared with great care every day and was very tasty and varied, from local dishes to normal options for everyone's taste. The traditional food was very good, Mrs. Loretta is a good cook. She always asked us if we liked it, if everything was fine or if we needed anything. It is not an area so difficult to access as it is said in the other reviews, the bus being very close to the house.

It takes a while to get from the city center to the accommodation, but it's worth it!

The room was very small and had no airflow, so even with the fans on it was exceptionally hot and almost unliveable. The bunk bed is old and very creaky. The towels need to be replaced as they are very worn and old.

Loretta was a good cook and makes great coffee. She was welcoming when we arrived. There were lots of products such as shampoo & soap available and the bus station was relatively close.
