It was like at home (or even better) with a super pampering Mother. The apartment and the location are perfect, Maria Antonella really takes care for everything.

Communication with Maria before we arrived and during our stay was excellent. Her apartment is very comfortable and very clean and Maria provided us with absolutely everything we needed and more. There is breakfast cereal and milk, real coffee which was delicious, tea to make up our own breakfast. Also the basics to make up a pasta or rice dish. A washing machine is provided and clothes line on the balcony. The apartment is just a short walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. Maria is so lovely, nothing was too much trouble, we would definitely come again!

We loved EVERYTHING! Starting with the generous owner Maria Antonella who made it possible for us to check in earlier and provided us with useful advice, help and support thorughout the stay. The apartment is perfectly located, a stone throw from the beach in a semi-tropical garden, very close to the supermarket and a nice little walk from the cathedral. It is also wonderfully equipped, starting with all the pots and pans, through a lot of cooking ingredients (including, but not limited to, olive oil, aceto balsamico, salt, pepper and the like) and finishing with a very efficient washing machine (plus all the washing solutions and such). The balcony is very large, there is a table and chairs there, including one corner protected from the direct sun by a marquee. The apartment itself is comfortably large and very practical in design. It felt very homey, especially with all the art on the walls and vintage furniture.

This is a second floor flat with all the amenities you require and a lovely large balcony only a few minutes walk from the old town and the beech. The host could not be more friendly or helpful. A lovely place to stay in Celafu.

Nothing could have been better!

This apartment was excellent. Our host was great. She did a wonderful job of showing how everything worked in the apartment and had comprehensive written instructions. The location was perfect one block from the beach and close to lots of restaurants. Parking was free and on-site which makes this apartment very special. The apartment was equipped with everything you could possibly need for your stay. The air conditioner worked well and there was lots of hot water. The deck was perfect for having breakfast.

Maria Antonella is a gracious and attentive host. The apartment is lovely with beautiful artwork on every wall! It's fully equipped and suited our needs perfectly. We loved the location, close to everything. An excellent option for your stay in Cefalu - highly recommended!

The flat was in a superb location, very close to the beach and old town centre. The flat was very spacious, clean and well equipped. Loads of kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery. Generous provision of coffee cakes, condiments etc. A wonderful balcony connecting all rooms. A fabulous host.

We loved staying at Casa Assuntina. The location was excellent, walking distance to everything, and easy parking on site. Also a modern, clean, quiet building with elevator! The balcony with small table and chairs was a nice quiet place to sit. Antonella went way beyond being a fabulous host! She responded immediately to any of our questions or needs. When we had health issues she made an appointment for us with a doctor and provided everything we needed. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, not a large kitchen but it was well appointed and workable with lots of the ingredients (oil, salt, sugar, vinegar, etc., etc.) for cooking provided. We can not thank Antonella enough for all her help during our stay. We highly recommend this location.

comfortable, quiet, safe, convenient, but what sets this place apart from others is the decor- the art work is stunning; the attention to little details- the hangers for coats are beautiful; the glassware made every drink feel special; the modern conveniences like very efficient heat and hot water as we were there in early April and it was chilly out. A 5-10 minute walk from train station, a one block walk to ocean-side promenade with great restaurants and a 5 minute walk to the old town. And of course the very gracious hostess who welcomed us and was able to answer any and all requests.

The owner Maria has communicated with us prior arrival, was really helpful in finding the place. The apartment was well positioned in the center of city, but in a peaceful courtyard. It’s was spacey, very clean and tastefully decorated, with all the amenities, Maria has helped us with suggestion of restaurants, supermarkets and what to do and see.
