What a fantastic spot! The space was elegant and beautiful, decorated with charm and comfort in mind. There is a lovely terrace perfect for a glass of wine. Breakfast was perfect and delicious. And the room was a dream.

A wonderful location in the main street of old town Ventimiglia. Not hard to get to and a beautiful, warm reception on arrival. My wife and I loved having a gorgeous breakfast in the dining room with the option of the verandah overlooking the street. The room was perfect and comfortable. Would stay again easily.

Bed was very firm.

Breakfast was continental: pastries, fruit and yogurt. Host was very helpful with local information. We loved being in the historic center. There is a charming patio for coffee or wine, and watching neighborhood life flow past.

Our stay was excellent from beginning to end. Arianna was very communicative and helped us find a parking space and welcome us in to the b&b. The room was spacious and clean, and had everything we needed She recommended some very good looking restaurants, one of which we tried and really liked. Breakfast the next day was already ready for us and perfect for 2. Overall our stay was flawless and represented superb value for money.

The location is fantastic. In the old city, with the most wonderful ambience. When you go through the old entrance you are transported to another place&time. You walk through alley ways and streets with local people. The views to the sea are outstanding and the seafood 👌 the b&b is just wonderful. Adrienne was so welcoming and the breakfast is fabulous. The whole place is delightful, with great rooms and balcony for sipping wine and enjoying watching the local people in the street below.

The breakfast was great and fresh. Ariana was really attentive and knowledgeable and gave us lots of recommendations of what to see and where to eat. The bedrooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. It was in a great location in the old town and clear instructions were provided on the best route to take to get there.

This was our second visit and unfortunately as we are five years older now, the 2 flights of old stone steps to the accommodation are becoming a bit too much for us.

Our room and the breakfast were deserving of 10/10. The breakfast is the best we have ever had with lots of fresh produce and gorgeous cappuccino’s. Owner was very informative and helpful. There is now an elevator to take you down to the port from the old town where there are some nice new restaurants opening.

Nothing. Walking up 2 flights of stairs could be hard.

The check in staff wants to know when you want to check in to help facilitate entry into the 'old town' with its one way narrow streets - very useful and very friendly check in process. Rooms were big, nicely laid out and modern but with high ceilings. There are only 4 rooms with a charming shared living room ( where breakfast is served) with a nice selection of wine for a small charge. It was nicer than many private living rooms I have been in.

If anything that could be better, that would be the privacy inside the apartment. It is an old structure renovated and converted to a B&B. The bathroom and shower room are separated by glass walls from the bedroom area. It can be noisy to use the bathroom and flush especially in the middle of night.

The B&B is located in the old town of Ventimiglia. It takes 10-15 min to walk from train station to the apartment. The hostess gave us very detailed directions. She is very friendly and personable. The room is beautiful and quiet. Breakfast is very nice with lot of varieties. We had some really good meals in the restaurants nearby recommended by the hostess.

The only thing we were unsure of was the location of the bath in the room. It looked great but we were afraid that when having a shower, the water would spray over the lovely wooden floor.

beautifully presented room with very comfortable bed. the reception/common room was very spacious and very nicely decorated. B and B in a very central but very quiet location. Bars, restaurants etc within a few minutes walk. Host was extremely helpful and welcoming. All in all - a very enjoyable stay.

A shower is a bit demanding, but then again a fine, elegant bathtub in the room is a statement of style.

Unexpected outstanding. Common room/breakfast room with love to detail and imagination. Very nice and helpful reception and assistance. Perfect Garage. Very cool place, one of the coolest in my Booking experience.
