We are extremely happy with our choice to stay to Casa Munay! Staff was really helpful and kind! Room was clean, bed was big and comfortable and the location close to the center on foot. We recommend it to anyone who wish to visit Bologna!

There was no heating according to the Italian law, even when the outside temperature was cold. The TV-set didn't work. No basic household things were in the appartment (like a wineglas or sugar).

The appartment was very comfortable. Our host Chiara very friendly and helpful. The location is ideal to reach the citicenter easily.

The room is too small for 3 people, we could barely open our luggage. It is a bit inconvenient that we only get a set of keys for all 3 travellers, so we either need to travel together, or help each other open doors. Sometimes we couldn’t find the staff in the reception room during check in hours.

The interior design is tastefully done, we like the common area and the view of the back garden very much. Our room is conveniently located on the ground floor, so we don’t need to carry luggage upstairs. The staff were also helpful and responsive.

Everything was good.

The apartment is comfortable with shared kitchen. Available coffee and tea at any time. Chiara is more than friendly and available for any kind of assistance. Many thanks for all she did for us during our stay.

Booking included Queen Size Bed, which was two mattresses put together, but no thick enough topper was put on top of them, so you could feeñ the gap in the middle of the bed. City tax could not be paid with card. Hotel is close to a road, which caused vehicle noise to disturb my sleep.

Good location, in a peaceful neighbourhood, 15-20 minutes walk from Piazza Maggiore. Clean, and well equipped room (tv, fridge, hair dryer). Bathroom ok as well. Very(!!) nice owner. I highly recommend!

Only a small point, but it would have been useful if we had had two sets of keys however this was not something we had asked for, so perhaps it would have been provided had we asked! Two bottles of water were provided in the room, however these didn't have a very fresh smell when you opened them- again this was just a small point however

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was well organised with clear communication. After arriving on an early flight, we were allowed to check in to the room before the normal check in time which was much appreciated. The room was clean and the hotel was in a good location, not far from the centre of town. There was also a small balcony in the room which was a nice extra thing to have. The lady at reception who did the check in (I think one of the owners) was very polite and friendly. The cleaning lady was also friendly and helpful.

Very small issue is the soundproofing. You can hear your neighbours entering their room especially because the keychain is quite loud. But that's only a minor detail. We want to come back to Bologna and Casa Munay!

- The hostess was absolutely lovely and very helpful. (Elle parle aussi français.) - The room is very tall and comfortable. - Easy and autonomous access to the parking spot. - AC - mini fridge - 20min walk to the city centre (half of it is under the gorgeous arcades of Bologna)

Great location close to city center, comfortable room and facilities all very clean, communal sitting area and fridge were really useful. Instructions on how to enter the building worked very smoothly and the hotel let me arrive earlier to drop off my things. Staff were really friendly and kindly let me stay in the communal area on the day of my departure until I needed to leave.

The single room in the attic is noisy from the street if the windows aren't shut, and there is no view. but it is air conditioned, so not too bad.
