The mattress for my sensitive back wasn't so comfortable.

The location is perfect if you want to visit the center of the city on foot, and it's not so noisy at night. The kitchen is equipped, with all the necessary (oil, sugar, coffee are provided). The fridge and the cooker worked well. The apartment is small, but with the enough space for two people. Andrea was very kind to send us back a device we forgot in the rooom.

The building is really old and the pictures are not that real so it is not that comfortable... It is a very central area so it can be noisy.

Great little place to stay in the very centre of Rome. It is just 2 minutes from the Pantheon, Piazza Navona, and Campo dei Fiori. We walked around Rome the whole holiday and did not need public transport. The room is a cozy, but it's got all you need for a short stay in Rome. It's equipped with a small kitchen to have coffee in the morning.

It's ashame that more hasn't been done to update and refresh the studio, with a bit of effort it could be a lovely little place. All in all we were satisfied as had expected the place to be basic. The place smelled damp when we arrived. The bed is smaller than a normal double and sits within a larger frame that moves around separately, which is annoying. The furniture generally looks old and as though it has just been accumulated over the years, there is no beside lamp or soft chairs. The bathroom has an odd layout and it is a bit of a squeeze to get in and out of the shower cubicle. All in all the best about the place was the location and is fine if you're not planning on spending too much time inside.

The property location is excellent, and the studio had pretty much everything we needed. The washing machine was a real bonus.

It's an old building, hence old and tired apartment that needs renovation. The bed sheets looked clean but didn't smell fresh. The Shower curtain need to be replaced. The heater /air con. doesn't work well. A rug would have been a good addition particularly in the winter. The window blinds weren't opaque.

The central location, while convenient, led to disruptive noise late into the night, making it difficult to get a restful night's sleep. If you are a light sleeper I suggest bringing the earplugs.

the shower didn’t work well poor hot water came and went, there was a broken glass window with a hole in it thankfully the shutter kept out any rain the apartment looked a little shabby and the pillows when you took the covers off were not clean.. not confident about cleanliness. When we arrived there was no one to meet us…a text had been sent allowing us to self check in apologising that we couldn’t be met in person but because my SIM card wasn’t working properly I didn’t get the text to the following day. We managed to make a call and then receive a text but from the outside we weren’t sure we had reached the right place. Dirty and shabby outside front door with graffiti.

Lack of equipment in the kitchen (no sharp knife, cutting board, wine glasses etc). Sofa bed was uncomfortable, recommend swapping it for a normal bed. The photos on booking turns out was from two different apartments, so it was not what we expected.
