Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Extra costs for pool and taking shuttle to the main area of town.
Visitors should be aware that they will have to pay extra to use the pool, beach chairs and also the shuttle for this hotel. There are extra costs that people are not aware of.

Room was a bit cramped in size but with many common areas it was manageable to enjoy.
We were very pleased by the assistance provided by staff during our stay. Breakfast was great. The pool is the cleanest I have ever seen. Room cleaning was excellent, decorating attractive and location directly across from the beach perfect.

Few fees we weren't aware of.
Great beach location. Food was great. Workers were very friendly and always willing to help out. Some hotel fees for beach umbrellas and pool.

The restaurant served only 1 dish which was not fish, but otherwise it was good
we went for the dog beach, so the location was great just crossing the road to the beach. Breakfast was vast and good, eaten near the pool. The staff were really nice and I highly recommended if traveling with a dog :)

Swimming pool access is extra, there is a weird smell in the bathroom every now and then.
I liked the swimming pool, the pillows, the bathroom size and the cleanliness. The breakfast is amazing with a lot of choices.

Disappointed being charged for use of the pool and also use of umbella's on the beach. As I mentioned, we have stayed here many times before and these facilities were included. Also, wasn't happy with Wifi service. They use an outside carrier which I didn't like .... had to set up acct and give information which I refused to do so I didn't use it.
We've stayed here many times before but not in the last few years because of covid. We love the location, beach staff, breakfast.

We were disappointed. We booked a "comfort" room so we didn't expect luxury, but the room was small and cramped and the advertised balcony too tiny to be of any use. The hotel is opposite the beach but our "sea view" was sideways on and only really visible when leaning up against the door. Strangely, our room had a kitchen corner which wasn't any use to us as there were no cups, glasses plates or cutlery. We weren't surprised to be charged extra to use the hotels sunbeds on the beach (no discount for residents!) but its ludicrous to be charged extra to use the hotel swimming pool (at the rear of the hotel). We didn't enjoy staying here and wouldn't return.
Marvellous location - opposite the beach. Good breakfast.

The hotel is basically on the side of the road (SS), hence, it is very noisy and polluted. There is also a very loud karaoke place downstairs and basically nothing else in a walking distance (e.g. restaurants, bars, supermarkets). The breakfast quality was not good. The shower was not draining well and overall there were a few uncleaned spots (e.g. hair in the sink).
The stuff is accommodating, they try to fit the needs.

sunbeds on the beach and pool entrance should be calculated into the price ( but we made a deal) and morning coffee could be better.
