Hard to find the entrance - owner had to help me over Whatsapp. They should buy some new bedlinen, as it was clean but obviously very old.

Quiet and peaceful property with amazing sea views from the balcony. The pool is great, and overall the planting and gardens is very pretty. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Well-equipped small kitchenette.

Very small room. No privacy on the terrace Bathroom in need of repair, light fixtures broken no light bulb, shower door completely broken. I have travel all over the world and this Bathroom is third-world standards on a good day.

We had a lovely, relaxing week in August. Georgia the receptionist could not have been more helpful, she advised us on restaurants, local tourist attractions and even arranged a hairdresser for my wife as we were attending a wedding. The view of the sea was spectacular from the apartment and patio. The pool was well-kept and not too busy. There are steps directly from the apartments to the beach front and local restaurants. We would happily return here.

The fridge was small, like one in a hotelroom and there’s no kitchenfacilities or utensils etc.

It was very clean, great view and nice terrace. The airconditioning was als very good.

It would have been good to have a refrigerator in the room, and the green area in front of the terrace to be more neat, it's a shame for the extraordinary sea view.

Excellent and very quiet locality with beautiful view. Beach accessible in 6—10 min (133 stairs). Nice pool and garden. Lot of parking place.

Beautiful place on the top of the hill. Sea view was amazing, just hoped that place would have been bit more close beach - but then you would lose the view. Staff guy was nice.

It would have been nice to have a place for breakfast, especially for people that are on the move and busy site-seeing. Did not like going down to the beach by the stairs. Steps were too high, was o.k. going down but hard going up.

We loved the location, the pool and the view was unbelievably beautiful. Very relaxing.

Getting heavy luggage from car park to apartment tricky along gravel path and grass. Furniture in apartment a little old and damaged. Party by pool one evening meant that my children couldn't continue swimming there.

The kitchen/dining area (part of the apartment) just a little too small to be comfortable. Insufficient storage space (no drawers, not enough shelves) in either kitchen and bedroom. Kitchen furniture (cabinetry, table, chairs) in need of an update (that may actually be happening: our outdoor furniture was replaced during our stay). Bar service at the pool has just started (on the second day of our stay), as yet only bottled drinks and pre-packaged icecreams. Curiously, no paved path from the parking space to the apartments: you start on the crushed stone of the parking lot, then walk across the lawn past to the pool, onto the paved road (that has no cars) or tiled footpath along the row of houses. (The lawn is wearing off at the busiest parts...)

Sunrise and sunset, with the view of the beach from your own very large balcony, is just magic. Beautiful pool, also with the view. Easy access to the beach, via steps down the cliff then a short walk along the road; steep climb on the way back. Good location: the beach kiosks or restaurants and one other restaurant/pizzeria within walking distance; Agrigento, and the Valley of the Temples, a short car-ride away. Supermarket about walking distance.

We were in 2-bedroom appartment which is on the 1st floor but didn't completely correspond with the pictures. There were no lounge seats on the terrace, only a small plastic table with 2 kitchen chairs. I confronted reception desk with pictures on booking and on the 3rd and last day of our stay we got 3 broken lounge seats without the pillows... we were aware of the small kitchen but still surprised how small it was and very basic in kitchen material. Be aware that it's not allowed anymore to park the car near the appartment to (un)load your luggage which means that you have to carry your luggage from main parking to your room which is quite inconvenient because impossible to roll your trolleys on the grass and gravel

everything was good . nice view . buď the location , you have to go by car for shopping or if you want to go for a dinner. only by car. there is no shop, restaurant and other. there is one stepway to the beach but only during the Day because there are no light.it is high on the rock.but the view is unbeliveable.
