To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I liked everything about this property. First of all, our host Salvatore was incredibly kind and generous. We really appreciate his hospitality. He helped us with checking-in smoothly, preparing daily groceries (the fridge was filled with lots of food!), carrying our bags up the stairs, giving information about supermarket nearby, etc. He is very responsive and considerate. He even kindly let us use the property till we got the ferry to the island. His hospitality surely helped make our family trip more precious and memorable. The property is spotless clean, rooms are spacious, and the location is perfect. We really loved our stay in this property.

Irelandno lift, but only one floor. it's not a big issue. It was nothing to complain at all.
It was over over-expectation experience. The bed is very very comfy, they provided a lot of breakfast options in the kitchen and the toilet is big and the facilities are new. even the hairdryer is strong enough. the location is just next to Pozzuoli station which is close to the town center and piers. one of the best B&Bs I have stayed in.

JapanIt is a little bit difficult for us to use the toilet, but we don't care.
In front of the train station in Pozzuoli! (Note that there are two stations, one above and one (we stay) below the hill). 2 minutes walk to the port where the ferry to Ischia leaves. The room is bright, quiet and comfortable. It was nice to have breakfast available. The staff are very friendly and quick to respond. We really enjoyed life by the sea! We will visit again for sure!

IrelandToo much activity/drama from the other room in the early hours. Couldn’t figure out the coffee machine. Door lock was a bit confusing. (initially) Building exterior was a bit worrying.
Location in a nice town. Cleanliness. Located close to the metro and ferry port too. Nice breakfast.
