Hotel Charly is like a little oasis in Milano. It's a very friendly and cute place. It has a beautiful garden and feels very relaxing in the middle of busy Milan. We just loved it.

A kettle in the room to be able to make tea and coffee would have been very welcome. No fridge either to keep water in. Room was rather small but we were only there for one night so not a great problem. Quite an expensive one night stay, but seems all hotels in Milan are expensive

Good location, close to the train station and a 10 minute walk to the metro, four stops to the centre of Milan. Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Room was clean and comfortable if a bit on the small side. Good shower, nice toiletries provided. Breakfast was good value, plenty of choice and well stocked. Coffee made to order if you wanted cappuccino etc.

Important to know that there is only a luggage elevator. Our room was on the third floor.

Breakfast was poor (only boiled eggs, some prosciutto, bread, butter, jam and some pastries) no vegetables and some fruits that were not very fresh. We left early in the morning for Como and not even the patisseries were open at that time, so we got some food from the train station. So this aspect should be taken into account. It’s cheaper to buy breakfast instead of paying a room with breakfast included.

The room was clean and the location of the hotel ( near Milan Central station) italso the staff was very kind and polite.

The main light in our room flickered constantly so maybe there is an electrical fault? Maybe lack of a people lift prevents this place having a higher rating?

It was spotlessly clean, close enough to walk from the international train station. It was half an hour’s walk to city centre or a tram ride. The property is quiet and has a lovely garden but we were not there long enough to use it. There is a luggage lift

Kettle would of been nice

Small hotel but had all of the necessary touches to make for a very comfortable stay. Nice breakfast, friendly staff. Very handy for the railway station. Very pretty garden.

It's a little tired, but I'd certainly go back. They are simple, functional rooms, but definitely in keeping with the price for central Milan.

The staff and very friendly and charming, and make you feel comfortable. The hotel is well located and secure, and breakfast was very nice.

Excellent location, near Stazione Centrale Milano. Room was a bit small but had all necessities. Exceeded my expectations. Bonus for such a location, Hotel Charly has a garden where one can relax after a busy day in Milan.

The property is perfectly located near the Central Station, it has a lovely garden in the background, friendly staff and a cosy atmosphere. If there is a place I would love to go back to, this is it. It is not just a hotel, it is a charming boutique one and people will make sure that you feel like home. The breakfast was varied, fresh and delicious. A smiling lady will always ask you what kind of coffee you want and the lovely lady from the check-in desk will always help you out and answer your questions. I absolutely loved it!
