The host was incredibly helpful and allowed us to drop our bags to the apartment to store as we reached Lake Como prior to the check in time. The view from the apartment was amazing and we had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. I would highly recommend this property for anyone coming to stay in Bellagio.

The apartment was located in the perfect location -- right in the center of Bellagio. The balcony views over the lake were stunning. The hosts were spectacular and met us right away and brought us to the apartment. They arranged for us to hold our luggage on the day of checkout until our departure time.

Given the location and the period of the building the stairs are a challenge - but the view and the amenities made up for the climb. We just planned our day to limit the stair climb.

The host is fantastic, helpful, well organized and provided all local information and tourist details, followed up on items for us and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Made our arrival and stay easy and enjoyable.

A bit of noise from ferries, garbage trucks etc in the mornings but with windows closed it was manageable. On second floor with no lift so getting luggage up was a bit of a challenge.

The location was superb - unbeatable views across the lake and mountains and restaurants, cafes and ferry all right at the door. Large apartment, with air conditioning, ceiling fans and all basic amenities.

Fatima went above and beyond when our flights were delayed reorganising transport for us and waiting up for us to checkin. Location was perfect right in the centre. Great explanation of what to do and how to do it even though I had researched we still picked up valuable tips from Fatima. Very clean and had everything we needed. Great caffe at the bottom of the stairs.

The views were stunning. Photos don’t do the apartment justice there are 2 balconies facing the lake (gets the afternoon and evening sun) - could have sat there for hours watching the ferries come and go, and the light changing. The bed was super comfy, there was a bath, which I love. The apartment was well laid out, small, but everything you need for a bolt hole. There are about 3 or 4 flights of stairs which wasn’t a problem for us and right in the the centre of beautiful Bellagio - perfect.

For travelers needing lift access, the 3rd-floor location might be a challenge, although the stairways were wide and gentle.

The location of this apartment was beyond expectations. A beautiful view of the lake and balcony above the square were magnificent. The apartment was large and well-furnished. Beds comfortable, water pressure in showers good.

The views from the one bedroom apartment were absolutely stunning. Apartment was in a great location, was clean and check in was seamless. The manager of the property also helped us with things to do in the area which was really nice.

everything was amazing

The property is beautiful. Authentic Italian - everything you need is right there. It has 2 beautiful balconies overlooking the lake. The apartment is right in the centre of Bellagio, next to restaurants and bars and the ferry terminal. Whilst it is in the centre of everything, it’s also quiet and peaceful from the apartment.
