We liked the room which is cozy and well equipped. The apartment is located only a few steps from the seaside and ca.10 min. walk from the city center. I must mention the name Andrea who is the best host ever with an extremely kind and helpful attitude, grazie ancora di tutto!

The location was excellent for easy commuting. There's ample parking space for self drive and a good bus service for visiting the city. The host was most welcoming and helpful. We couldn't have asked for better.

Wonderful welcome! Very clean place, everything you might need for a comfortable time is there, new appliances , excellent pressure in the shower, LED lights, smart TV, YouTube, Netflix and Amazon included, coffee machine, cappuccino maker, kettle, AC, refrigerator, high quality towels and sheets, very comfortable orthopedic mattress , apartments are located next to the seafront (we are got free room upgrade which was included sea view and balcony) , free parking, a restaurant within a two-minute walk, 10 minutes walk -downtown. Thank you so much , Andrea. Next time to Cagliari , only "Club 57 Imperial Rooms" 😉

Loved the Chromotherapy! You can change the lights' color in the room and the shower. Everything was great. I will be returning if I'm in the area. Andrea was incredibly kind, and the room had lots of amenities.

During our trip to Sardinia, we visited Cagliari and decided to stay at Club 57. It was the best choice we could have made. The host, Mr. Andrea, is a very kind and available person, always concerned that our stay was the best and most comfortable. Regarding the facilities, it is close to the Marina, with a free car park, with video surveillance and it’s close to the historic center. The room is very comfortable, with a chromotherapy light system, as well as the shower. Everything was clean and tidy. We had some free drinks at the fridge, coffee, tea, toasts, biscuits, jams, Nutella, cakes, although we didn’t have the breakfast included. On the day of our departure, since we had to be at the airport really early, Mr. Andrea left us at the reception some local cakes so that we would not leave without eating. Mr. Andrea was a 5 star person, he gave us lots of tips on beaches, places to visit, restaurants, bars for a drink at the end of the day, he was tireless! Mr. Andrea, thank you once again for your hospitality and for all the care you have taken with us. Hope to come back soon! Marco and Marina.

The “pretty room” is on the small side but this is something that is not hidden when you book.

Andrea is a real star ! I think he’s the facility’s best asset. Kind, helpful and full of energy ! Facilities are fully equipped with any imaginable item if need.

The host, Andrea, was a great host and went above and beyond our expectations to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. The owner of the facilities was very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend to stay in the Club Imperial rooms! He gladly gives locations to visit, eat at and gives detailed descriptions of what you can expect at specific places, restaurants! If/when we visit Cagliari, for sure we will book there again! We stayed only for 1 night but Andrea treated us as a special guest from the 1st minute we arrived. The room is stunning, the mattress is absolutely lush. Free car park in front of the accommodation. I would highly recommend this room to anyone ☺️

A small and modest room. But the facilities are better than in 5 stars hotels. Owner helpful at any time. Really very nice and friendly. Breakfast is not available, but snacks and various cookies for free, tea and coffee too. Fridge with water and juices. TV and Internet. Nice and clean bathroom.

It’s a very modern room which is very well equipped! We loved that it had a coffee machine and a little fridge and everything that you possibly need! The host was very friendly and helpful! we were provided with lot of very good recommendations for beaches, restaurants and things to do! We also loved that there was free parking. We really enjoyed our time there and would definitely come again!

Andrea, the owner is a real gentleman. He makes all the possible ways to help you out. Could not have chosen a better place and a better service. Keep up the good work Andrea. Service with a smile, professionality. Very welcoming.... with snacks, self-service coffee machine and all it requires, refrigerator full with drinks which are frequently replaced free of charge....sanitaries provided including toothbrush...provided also with a professional hairdryer, straightener and even iron. Had been in several accomodations but never like this one. Was truly impressed

It is located in quite a busy street, so traffic noise is quite loud at times if you keep the windows open. It is also located right next to the Basilica NS Bonaria, which isn’t directly next to the city centre - it’s good to keep in mind that there is a 20-30 minute walk from the hotel to the city centre.

A wonderful experience in this small but very quaint and comfortable hotel. Andrea is a great host, very welcoming and eager to present the city and its attractions. The room is stocked with many snacks, coffee and juices, we were even offered a small breakfast of typical Italian biscuits which were delicious. Our room had a very nice view over the marina and the Piazza dei Centomila with its weekly market. Wonderful experience overall!

We really enjoyed our staying in Cagliari. It is a very beautiful city. Andrea is a fantastic host. He is very welcoming and helpful. We got from him tons of information about best beaches, places to visit, best restaurants, transport and parking. He was always available, responding immediately and helping out it needed. We were greeted with delicious home made cookies! :) Rooms were very clean and comfortable equipped with all kinds of snacks, tea, coffee, even small coffee machines and fridge. Beds were very comfortable and big - more comfortable that the one I have at home :D It was a bit loud in the mornings from the traffic. Bus stops were in a 2 minutes walk, and ride to the beach took us 10 minutes. It is very close to walk to the city center. And there are shops and restaurants in a walk distance.

Location very close to “Basilica di Bonaria” and new turistic port and in front of a big free parking. 10minutes car far from center and beach. Extremely clean. Comfortable mattress. Very quite. Good shower.
