The host was amazing, helped us with advise as much as she could..clean room and new towels every day, excelent coffee with breakfast. Also, the location was perfect, almost in city center with metro station 3 minutes away.

The beds were very hard and not comfortable at all. Towels were hard. No tea/coffee making facilities. It was very noisy during the night, so earplugs are a must.

The staff and owner were lovely, clean rooms and breakfast was nice. Great location in old Naples, with a lovely roof terrace and right next door to a beautiful abbey.

Great location in historic centre of Naples, a roof terrace with excellent view, daily housekeeping. Our room was large with private bathroom and balcony. The staff was very kind and helpful.

Owners didn't speak any English which made some communication difficult, but they were so lovely and we found ways to get our messages across to one another

Really friendly owners/staff, helped me out of a jam when trying to get a taxi to the airport with a rather large box! Great location in heart of old town and close to public transport. Lovely views from the top with several terrace spots to sit and enjoy. Room was large with great air con. Good pastry selection at breakfast.

It is located on a party street and on our first night (was a friday night) the noise from the street was insane …crazy party,people smashing bottles on the street,loud fighting and yelling…but the second night (saturday night) was completly calm and quiet.so maybe the friday night was just our bad luck

Nothing, it was perfect for our stay.

Property is very central yet quiet with easy access to the centre of Naples and very close to Dante metro station. Our room was large and airy with a large comfortable bed. Breakfast was very nice with local pastries and the staff were really friendly. There is a lovely roof garden with superb views of the city.

The room was spacious and very clean, furniture a bit outdated. The host was super nice. Unfortunately, we couldn't speak Italian so we had some difficulties to understand each other but we managed quite well with organising our stay.

The rooms could use a little renovation, and could actually benefit from removing some of the furniture. The bathroom had some soap that looked like it was left by a previous guest, a nice gift, but still, would have preferred finding a couple new bars of soap, or even a dispenser.

The room is super centrally located, it has lovely thick windows to block the street noise, so even if you don't want to party in the Piazza you won't be bothered, and the B&B has an amazing terrace on several levels. The lady managing the facility and serving breakfast was super lovely and kind, it made for a very homey experience.

We had booked two rooms at the same price. One was very nicely furnished with fabulous views - 5 stars. The other was a bit of a box overlooking the road with poor furnishings - 3 stars; it was a big box though so we had a lot of room. If the rooms had been the same quality both with a view we would have had no complaint. Check what room you are getting if you book. We would book again and ask for the better room with the views.

We booked two rooms at the same price. Our friends who we were on holiday with were given a much better room with fabulous views of the city - 5 stars. Our room was no where near as nice and it looked out onto the street - 3 stars. We did tell them to give our friends the best of the two rooms but we did not know there would be a massive difference in quality. So check what room you will be getting. If we had had the better room we would have no complaint. We arranged the holiday and so we felt we had to let our friends have the best room but had not realised the other room would be so poorly appointed. Our friends had a fridge and we did not. The furniture on the roof top gardens was showing signs of considerable wear but it was pleasant to sit there with views of the city. Our room was good value due to the central location but the other was much better value.

The location was good. We would stay there again if we could have the better room.
