We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomThe rooms feel ancient, like actual time-travelling. The AC barely worked, which in the heat of Toscana summer can feel a bit overwhelming. There was no mini-fridge or anything to store drinks and no bar, no restaurant, or anything of the sort. The only "facilities" were 3 vending machines, however they were cash only and took only coins, no bills. The elevator was scary. It fits two people at best, and feels as if it's going to fall down at any time. I think this hotel mostly works as a place to sleep in.
Located just 10 minutes away from Firenze Rifredi train station and about 5 minutes away from the tram service that will take you to the city center and Firenze Santa Maria Novella train station. For peak tourist season, I think the pricing was adequate, although I wish I knew about the tourist tax charge (€4.50 per person, per night) beforehand (it gets added at the end of your stay). The room was massive. 2 supermarkets in the area, Conad City and Carrefour Express. A nice hotel to sleep in, but that's about it. The receptionists were very kind and welcoming.

PolandHotel needs renovating. Lots of mosquitoes everywhere, day&night, so could not open the window, and it was really hot, with a very dodgy and old air-conditioning system you don't want to switch on.
Hotel does not make a good impression at first, but once you realise it's old but actually quite clean and you're staying for 1 night, the mood improves a bit ;) The ladies at the reception were very helpful and kind. Tram stop to the city centre is close to the hotel, so no need to worry about driving through Firenze!

RomaniaThe windows and window frames are lose and of poor quality. On a Saturday night, the music was on at a nearby club and the windows were shaking so bad that we thought they might literally break (obviously we couldn't sleep until late at night when the music stopped). The walls are really thin and you can hear everyone and everyone can hear you. This also leads to the air conditioning interacting between rooms so your neighbour might set your temperature or randomly turn on/off your air conditioning.
The room was clean and the staff was nice. The hotel is close to a tram station that grants easy access to most of the city.
