The bed was not as soft as I personally would have prefered. The walls are thin and the guests in my neighbouring room were noisy - not the hotels fault though.

The staff was very accomodating. The room got cleaned daily! It was good for a long stay over all.

The are a lot of mosquitos in the room. We have been bite a lot. The hotel is old.

The bathroom got too hot and smelled musty and slightly moldy. A very overpowering smell that wafted into the bedroom.

The location of the hotel fit our needs and is in a quiet little nook. The bed is decent, but pillows very thin.

Double bed was fitted with 2 single mattresses which was not the most comfortable.

Close to public transport system, was very comfortable in this aspect. Daily room cleaning was very efficient.

The rooms feel ancient, like actual time-travelling. The AC barely worked, which in the heat of Toscana summer can feel a bit overwhelming. There was no mini-fridge or anything to store drinks and no bar, no restaurant, or anything of the sort. The only "facilities" were 3 vending machines, however they were cash only and took only coins, no bills. The elevator was scary. It fits two people at best, and feels as if it's going to fall down at any time. I think this hotel mostly works as a place to sleep in.

Located just 10 minutes away from Firenze Rifredi train station and about 5 minutes away from the tram service that will take you to the city center and Firenze Santa Maria Novella train station. For peak tourist season, I think the pricing was adequate, although I wish I knew about the tourist tax charge (€4.50 per person, per night) beforehand (it gets added at the end of your stay). The room was massive. 2 supermarkets in the area, Conad City and Carrefour Express. A nice hotel to sleep in, but that's about it. The receptionists were very kind and welcoming.

Hotel needs renovating. Lots of mosquitoes everywhere, day&night, so could not open the window, and it was really hot, with a very dodgy and old air-conditioning system you don't want to switch on.

Hotel does not make a good impression at first, but once you realise it's old but actually quite clean and you're staying for 1 night, the mood improves a bit ;) The ladies at the reception were very helpful and kind. Tram stop to the city centre is close to the hotel, so no need to worry about driving through Firenze!

The windows and window frames are lose and of poor quality. On a Saturday night, the music was on at a nearby club and the windows were shaking so bad that we thought they might literally break (obviously we couldn't sleep until late at night when the music stopped). The walls are really thin and you can hear everyone and everyone can hear you. This also leads to the air conditioning interacting between rooms so your neighbour might set your temperature or randomly turn on/off your air conditioning.

The room was clean and the staff was nice. The hotel is close to a tram station that grants easy access to most of the city.

The building is a little old so walls make some sounds but nothing important. Housekeeping just worked the first day and the second one they only made one of the three beds.

It's near a tram, The staff is kind and they allow you to leave your luggage for a while if you need it.

The room was very outdated - the old looking bedspread over clean sheets is a no for me. Squeaky elevator kept waking us up at night. Bed not very comfortable. Extremely hot - no AC
