Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

We didn’t really need the airconditioning but we also couldn’t figure out how it worked when we wanted to use it. We didn’t ask them because it was not really necessary but it would be a recommendation to have some instruction in the room for the next guests. This is only ment as a tip for them, not a comment or dislike.
The room was nice and clean. There was a good functional bathroom and even a fridge in our room. The bed was also comfortable. The breakfast was great! You had the option to sit inside or outside and you could pick out what you like and they would serve it to you. The family was really nice and the communication good. Upon arrival we got an introduction to the area and a map as well. Good location to visit Verona or Lago Garda, with a parking place as well.

Everything was exceptional, we especially liked the vintage ambience in which a lot of effort was invested in each part. The hosts were very kind. Highly recommended for anyone who loves vintage style where you feel like home.

Everything- the room was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. The management and staff were welcoming and lovely. The breakfasts were exceptional. Parking was great.

Problem with the shower doors. Couldn't close properly during shower.
Great people who run this family hotel. Breakfast was great and tasty. They have different types of meals on the breakfast menu. Big parking place in front of the hotel, surrounded with the trees around.

Shower was a little bit too small but totally manageable. The rest is simply excellent.
It was such a good feeling to arrive to this secluded little hotel and be welcomed by its friendly owners. The room was spacious enough for two, clean, and fresh. We also enjoyed the breakfast which is quite satisfying with multiple choice of sandwiches, homemade cakes and fresh fruits.

If you plan to visit more locations around Garda Lake, this is the perfect location for you. The room was airconditioned and the air-condition was always turned on when the room was cleaned, so when we came back to the room it was already cooled. This was much appreciated as the period when we stayed was extremely hot! The room and beds were comfortable and clean. The breakfast was perfect! Aside from the salty options (try the egg and pancetta sandwiches), they had variety of sweet breakfast items in the mornings, so if you have the chance try the lemon cake, it was among the best I have tried in my life! The staff is very helpful and friendly and the atmosphere is very relaxing. They surprised us with a complementary bottle of wine. There is also private parking in front of the hotel.

Hotel with great relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff. Air-conditioned room, which was really appreciated in the summer. Great buffet breakfast. Free parking in front of the hotel. We were very satisfied for the price.

Everything was perfect. Quiet location, extremely clean and comfortable rooms. Beautiful interior design that has a heArt. Wonderful and kind owners that make you feel at home, always smiling and ready to help and fulfill all your needs. The breakfast was spectacular all fresh homemade, also vegan friendly. We still can not forget the marvelous vegan cake with almond, chocolate and caramelised figs which was baked that morning with another two vegan cakes, vegan muffins and vegan biscuits, all homemade. Very rich and tasty food choice for everyone. It is definitely not two star accomodation. They deserve more. Great experience. Can't wait to return. ❤️❤️❤️

You could not take the food yourself during breakfast, you had to tell the lady what you would like and she handed out the food for you. It was ok for us as we were not afraid to ask for more 😃
Quiet, clean and spaceous room. Breakfast had salty as well as sweet options. Friendly staff. We stayed for 1 night and it was the last minute booking - everything worked out well for us with this place

Unusual breakfast style (not swedish buffet). You see the buffet / food and then you ask the lady what you would like to have in your plate.
Family hotel in an old propriety (rustic / vintage style I would say) with very helpful and friendly owners.
