Dirty dishes put away. No dish washing detergent, cloth, and drying cloth. Floors not cleaned Should have been a TV in the lounge Got the impression that the beach was part of the property Toilet rocked & shower screen broken

shame the second large arched pool was closed. Fair bit of a walk to the local shops and beach. Hard to find initially if you come by foot, so check this first using google maps.

The pool use policy wasn't clear. It would have improved my stay had I understood the policy beforehand.

The management was kind and accommodating. The restaurant was very nice and reasonably priced. The food was delicious.

We thought by the description that the beach was more close to the hotel, we tried walking on the first day but was to much for the kids, so had to go by car on the following days.

We loved our stay, been able to bring our dog to stay with us. Rooms were very comfortable, friendly staff, one of the pools were to dip to my kids but they allowed is to use the club pool which was better. Lovely stay!

The rooms are bit old fashioned. There is no place at all in the bathroom to place your own personal stuff. Walls like paper, we could hear the neighbors early morning when they flushed the toilet or had a shower. The cleaning personnel did not respect the hotel guests no matter it is weekend or weekdays, they were doing the cleaning really loud early in the morning. The apartment was specifically loud between 7 am and 10 am. Hotel personnel were not really helpful and hardly communicate in English.

The pool is fantastic, we could hardly get the kids out of it. The garden around the apartment house is beautiful and well maintained. Very good parking just in front of the apartment. Rooms are clean.

wasn’t aware that area beaches were closed until May (our stay was in March). Room was to include canopy and two beach chair but obviously that wasn’t the case. Pool was also closed. Was told the Restaurant was only open on Saturday night.

The Cosmopolitan Golf and Resort is a “Hidden Gem”. I highly recommend whether you are a golfer or family seeking a nice peaceful getaway. This charming resort is conveniently located in the lovely beach town of Tirrenia. Conveniently situated in Tuscany and in close proximity to Pisa, Cinque Terre, Lucca and Florence. (Don’t forget to see the Leonardo Da Vinci museum) The apartment style accommodations are affordable, very comfortable and offer the option of a stove top, mid sized refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. A bonus for American travelers! The Air Conditioning is the best I have experienced in Italy. That includes at 5 star locations! The resort offers an Olympic sized pool along with beach access at a private beach. The beach is either a short drive or bike ride away. The resort offers rental bikes and a grocery store is just a short walk away. The golf course is well-maintained and very challenging. It offers lots of water hazards and requires strategic shot making to have a good round. Affordable golf packages are available. The bar and restaurant are great and the view of the course from the bar and restaurant is fantastic! The golf shop is well appointed and offers a nice selection of shirts to add to your collection. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Veronica Marianelli, the COO, and her staff are top rate.

The accommodation was very shocking, the bedroom was okay just very old and has a old smell. The kitchen we couldn’t cook at all as the cooker is like a camping stove, was useless we couldn’t even boil pasta took over 2 hours. It was shocking as it’s very expensive. The bathroom was okay just the shower was burning hot if you wasn’t careful so not good for kids. The flat was dusty and dirty when we arrived especially the floors.
