You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Lovely well appointed flat. Very comfortable for my family of 4. A free parking space, less than 2 hour drive from Milan Malpensa airport. Excellent location. It was a couple of minutes walk from the nearest supermarket and less than a minutes walk from the best ice cream gelataria in Aosta. Lots of nice restaurants within a very short walking distance. Approx 12 minutes walk to the Aosta-Pila gondola. Less than 20 minutes gondola ride to get to Pila which was lovely for skiing. We hired lockers at the gondola for our ski equipment so we didn't have to walk with them or drive everyday. Parking at the gondola is free but gets busy.

Apartment very clean and well equipped. Very convenient location, easy walk to train station, town center and gondola to Pila. Also great price for what and where it is.

FinlandAll Rooms are Road side, so If you need to keep Windows open, there is plenty of trafic noice. Pub noices too, but closing Windows makes them quite ok.
Big and comfy apartment located next to quite busy Road. All Rooms facing south, that means sun and warm.

IsraelWe stayed for one week at the end of June. Perfect apatrment, very spaciouse, clean and modern, with all the facilities you can think of. two large bedrooms are perfect for families. Perfect location near the old center of Aosta. Free parking space, air condition (important in the summer at the valley). self check in was easy. great value for money.

Location is excellent and apartment is super cozy, nice and modern. Elena was happy to answer any question, very responsive and friendly. On top, she was flexible with our check out time so we could enjoy even more time in Aosta. I will be more than happy to stay in the apartment next time.
