Not a major thing but to get into “the annex” you need to buzz the main front desk to let you in. If they aren’t right at the desk you have to wait.

Beautiful room and views from the room, Breakfast area, and restaurant! Right on the edge of the cliffs overlooking the sea. Staff was friendly and accommodated our road bikes and luggage transfers.

No water in mini bar even though they offer bottled water for free in mini bar. Some restaurant staff were a bit melancholic and could do with a dose of antidepressants.

Location is great, comfort is excellent. Hotel restaurant was really good.

our room was adjacent to the hotel restaruant and it was a bit loud after midnight, but in the end this was a busy hotel in the city center, so understandable.

Superb localization in the city center, great to enjoy Poligiano in the early morning (for the sunrise and empy streets of the old town). Parking available - it was a short walk from the hotel but you knew you had a parking spot which i s a nice peace of mind. Perfect for a short stay, 1, 2 nights.

We received emails about protocols on time of arrival and check in, travelling a long way we did expect the room to be ready however we had to wait told we could go to thier restaurant for late lunch as they were still open and had availability, we we asked the restaurant they said no they were fully booked. Then had to wait another 2 hours past check in tired and hot after our trip but the front desk didn't care.

The room was very tidy and clean but not as pretty as we would expect based on the price and type of room. Comfortable place but not the best value for money. Staff was a little nice but rushed.

Very central location, can’t do better then this. The property was very nice, very clean and well equipped. Very good continental breakfast, with great choice of food and drinks. If you prioritise location and comfort this hotel is probably a very good choice in the area. We had room service for dinner and the food came quickly and was very tasty.

The quality of the room did not justify the price I paid for this supposedly "4-star" hotel. You pay more for location than anything else, the accommodations are closer to a 2.5-3 star.

The location was perfect, the beach is a few meters away and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

Part of the hotel is across the road from the main hotel, which does feel a little bit strange. Also if you have a lot of luggage and you need to drop it off or pick it up after your stay, it is quite a lot of hassle to have to get the rickshaw to the car park and back again.

The location is absolutely amazing, probably the best located hotel in this town. However, if you’re driving it’s not so ideal. You will have to park your car in the car park quite some distance away. To be fair the staff will give you a lift to the car park in a rickshaw.

Rooms towards the streets very noisy in the morning when they pick up the trash at 6am. Try to avoid room 104 which is located eight above the cellar entrance. Restaurant charges an extra tourist trap service charge on days where they don‘t serve food.

Friendly staff, close to the old town, free parking + shuttle service. Good breakfast and clean rooms.

Our room level, if you are staying in the “annex” across the road it’s fantastic above level 1st level, this is just above street level and not private when u have the curtains open and u want to as it’s a stunning view! Also with the position and cost of hotel I think a viewing area with table and chairs would be a got idea!

The property is a little tired and could use some upgrades in terms of sort finished and furnishings.

Covo de Scaraceni is located in a very convenient location and boasts some wonderful views. The hotel itself is a little tired but comfortable nonetheless. The staff are very helpful and make you feel welcome from outset.

The annexe had a very spacious room but was very dated. Also, the tiny balcony overlooked an unfinished square.

Breakfast was tasty and served in a spacious breakfast room with a lovely sea view. The staff in the breakfast room were friendly and very helpful. The hotel is in a perfect location for visiting the Centro Storico and the iconic beach. The concierge was very helpful when we changed rooms.
