Bathroom en-suite felt a bit unsafe being on different levels. I only had 1 pillow made up which was a bit odd! Could be modernised slightly to make it a more comfortable stay.

The water vending machine does not work at night. The water heater for the bathroom is apparently too small for everybody using it in the morning. Luckily in summer one doesn't mind cold showers

The walls are pretty thin, it was hot and we couldn’t open the window because of the mosquitoes.

- The heating didn't work, even if I texted the owner and he said it is automatically, but it was still cold. - Soundproofing is not good, we could hear noises in the hallway. - Our room is next to the toilet so we could hear everything. It would help to ask the owner about the room location before booking. - The building is old, and it was not easy to open the door of the apartment and building.

- Clean. - The owner is there daily to clean and is always available to help. - Nice location.

The bathroom didn't have the best system to help the air circulation, leading to an unpleasant smell sometimes.

The landlord was very polite and helpful and he even supplied us with cold water. The room was sufficient and it was about 15-20 minutes from the uffizi gallery.

Owner seemed frustrated at our check-in time was late despite it being before the time given on the website but this was quickly resolved and upon meeting he was very friendly and helpful.

Very good air conditioning. Good cooking facilities. Shower and sink in room was very handy, shared toilet but no issues with having to wait to use it. Communal fridge with cold water provided. Host was friendly and was repsonsive when there was an electirical issue and sorted it over the phone very quickly. 20 mins from train station and city centre.

Please note that there does not seem to be a supermarket nearby. I then had to go back to the central square near the train station to buy some food.

Hot water was out when I arrived. Wi-fi didn't work for a couple of days. Manager accused me of taking the keys when in fact they got picked up by another guest by accident. Manager was not very professional

The heating was not working properly so it was somewhat cold during the night and the shower water was not very hot.

The location was super ideal, very nice neighborhood and super close to the center. The room was spacious and beds were comfortable. Simone was also very nice.

Spring mattresses were not very comfortable, there was a small crack in the bedroom door, from which the kitchen could be seen.

The location. It's very close to bus/tram stations and only a 15 minute walk to the Duomo and city centre. The room was very spacious, both the bedroom and the shared bathroom were very clean. The host is very helpful and kind.

I knew the room did not have a bathroom, but I thought it was because it was an old house and that there wasn't one. I found out that no, there was a private bathroom, it was only locked and you had to pay a supplement to use it. I did not like that at all. I think the room should just be a bit pricier because it made the establishment look quite bad in my opinion. Also, hated the bed, so uncomfy. I would not go there again. There was a ton of hair in the shower as well.

It was quite close to the city centre.

There was no towel rack in the bathroom, the heater was very rusty, so we had to improvise something. Also the street was extremely noisy, the traffic was very loud and there was also some very loud machinery used in the building during the night and very early in the morning. No windows could shield the noise.

I loved the bed, it was really comfortable. I also appreciated the fridge in the room, the AC and the equipped kitchen that could be used in the common area. The room was clean and big. Communication with the owner was easy.
