Shower water temperature doesn’t regulate went from super hot to freezing cold therefore wasn’t great to use but the jacuzzi bath was lovely so we didn’t mind too much.

View of the Trevi fountain was absolutely amazing, even more beautiful in person and location wise the apartment is perfect!

Only complaint was bathroom could be upgraded - terrible smell from drains in smaller bathroom. Appreciate this comes with an older property though. Otherwise perfect!

people might not like the noise of the trevi fountain and police whistles going off all the time and tourists 24hrs a day .not not be good for light sleepers

The sofa that opened in the living room was very thin and squeaked constantly. It was very difficult to sleep. Also the towels, althoughtehy were clean, were very old and thin. I think the water system in the bathroom is faulty, it is impossible to adjust the water.Either very hot or cold. Taking a shower turned into a nightmare. There is noise from outside yes but it didn't affect us much, but if you are someone who is sensitive to sound while sleeping this might be a problem for you

The location is great. You can easily go everywhere on foot. The facility is very clean, you can easily smell the cleanliness as soon as you enter. There is everything you need in the house. There were even umbrellas that were like medicine for us in the sudden rain. Loredana who took care of us was very interested and kind. It was very enjoyable to stay here for us.

Everything was good, we arrived a little bit late because the train was late and we couldn't get in touch with the host. We complain about the air-conditioning not working properly in main room, but no one seems to care. It was extremely hot outside and hard to sleep at night with no air-conditioning.

The location of the apartment is just perfect. The view is magnificent. It is a little bit loud at night because people staying late, but that's OK. Very close to everything Really enjoyed .

The Location blew us away, this place is amazing, to have the Trevi fountain outside your window was spectacular. The apartment was huge, it was like having our own house, we loved every minute that we had the pleasure of experiencing Rome and to come home (and that is what it felt like) to this beautiful apartment made our stay magnificent, thank you 😊

The LOCATION- perfect view of the Trevi Fountain from both the sitting room and the bedroom ! The accommodation itself was very spacious, comfortable and clean. Also excellent service from Francesca and Raoni !

Despite being told the apartment was very quiet due to the double glazing & window shutters, it was not. (The shutters don’t seal well) Be aware the crowds at Trevi Fountain are there all night as well as during the day!

The location was brilliant - as depicted in the Booking.com photos. Close to lots of great restaurants, shopping & other Rome attractions. Although the interior is in need of a facelift it was very clean & was spacious with a well equipped kitchen.

being so close to the fountain, there is crowd noise during the day. but we had no issue sleeping with the fountain noise at night, it sounded like it was raining all night.

amazing location and view. great space with ample apartment amenities. the welcome process was smooth and the host was very responsive. they arranged a private transfer to the airport on our departure that went well.

The sofa bed in the living room was very uncomfortable. It definitely needs to be renewed. Sometimes electrical fuses can blow. The bathrooms and some parts of the house were very old. It needs renovation and increased comfort.

It was great to have a window overlooking the Trevi fountain. The house was very large.

Decor and furnishings require attention. Bathrooms need modernisation. One the tap dripped continually, the other had a toilet that continued to flush( to be fair contacted the agent and they did send a plumber round the next day but did not fix), jacuzzi bath takes over an hour to fill Be advised that the Trevi fountain is a 24/7 attraction so is noisy 24/7 (this did not cause a problem to us but is something to bear in mind)

Location is fantastic, 40min walk to Vatican City, 30 min walk to colosseum, 10 min walk to Spanish steps. Apartment surrounded by restaurants, shops and gelato Booked transport through the apartment for 55 euros each way and service was great Our contact person was available when required and was very helpful Overall fantastic

The bathrooms had a few leaky taps and the shower area is small...but if you are staying here its more for the views and location.

Location is amazing. Shops, restaurants, cafes are all near by. We walked to other little attractions and taxis and ubers weren't super expensive either. Bus and train stations are a bit of a trek with luggage though. Stunning views and great kitchen facilities too.
