Godd price, large parking space. Choice Nr.1 for business to stay in Como

Warm and friendly staff. The hotel is big and the room are clean and nice to be in. Beds were comfortable. The gym is well stocked.

The property is newly modified and the staff are friendly. The manager Fabio is excellent and is willing to go the extra mile to make your stay special. We were travelling by motorcycle around part of Europe and our bike broke down. Fabio seen that there was an issue and came out to assist. He arranged everything from the motorbike garage to the transport and even the extra room for our stay. He translated everything for us and even personally drove us to the garage to pick up the bike the next day. The reception staff are warm and welcoming.

The hotel location with its Free Car Parking close to shopping points is an excellent choice for family travellers.

The restaurant at evening was a bad choice. The food was very bad, very bad quality for Italy.

The parking, and the location was good for a pitstop. If you think to have a hotel just for sleeping and near Como lake it is good.

The room was too hot, they "couldn't" fix the problem, they would just send us away with lame answers with no true attempt to fix the problem "we dont have AC" and stuff like that, another staff member offered one other room with the same problem, the room was too hot, no air, even when the staff went in they felt how hot it was, they promised to solve the problem in the morning and didn't, they said they'd bring us a fan which in the end they didn't bring, 3 nights we barely slept (there were other issues but this was the main issue that ruined our visit)

Breakfast was good, location 10-15 min by car from Como, there was a parking spot.

Location but only because we needed to drive to Cislago or Milan often, and the views from the hotel windows weren't great

Great value for money, room was comfortable (although the thermostat was broken so it was very hot) but all in all very clean, well presented

We were very put off by the receptionist Who “welcomed” us on our second stay. He disappeared for a while during our check in, he acted in an erratic way and did not come across as welcoming or polite. He could have been having just a bad day. We were also very surprised when we asked him to charge the card we used to book through Booking since that is what was done on our first stay. He shortly told us “I cannot use the card you used on Booking”. Not a big deal but I feel they should either never use it or always use it. Idk, though, if there is something behind the scenes between the properties and Booking that I do not know - like Booking will Realese the card details only after a certain hour.

We were traveling back and forth from germany to Italy for the Easter weekend. We found this hotel hotel on Booking and found it super convenient for the 24 h check in policy, the pet friendly policy and the location that is not straight into a city center. We slept here twice in 4 days with our dog, the first room we got was awesome while the second one was very warm - we could have eventually have called the reception to ask for help but we decider not to. The staff, in general, was very polite and welcoming. We loved the woman who received it with a great attitude, despite it was 2 am, on our first night.

Room had only one door directly onto the corridor so any noise could be heard quite easily, probably due to the location of the bathroom, in many premises the bathroom, baconb was swimming in grease at breakfast.
