The stairs, it did state there were stairs but 54 steps of course there were 2 breaks to catch a breath.

It did take us a bit to get from the train station, through part of the main town to get to the apartment. Location to where everything was it was a great location. We found a laundry mat with in walking distance and were quick to get it done! One day turn around!! We did walk to everything from our location, so that was great!!

The apartment was on the second floor, with no lift and rather steep steps. There was no kettle. The decor is a bit outdated. An extra pair of pillows would be a good idea.

The apartment is spacious, with a good bathroom with a shower. The bedroom has an AC, a comfortable double bed, and TV. Kitchen with hob and fridge and basic equipment. The apartment was very clean and the host answered questions very quickly. The location is exceptionally good, right behind Palazzo Vecchio. Instructions for key pickup were clear and efficient.

I was travelling with my daughter with 2 very heavy luggages. I have not noticed or it has not been mentioned, that the apartment is located on the 2nd floor with a very narrow staircase. The temperature inside the apartment was low. I have comparison with another stay in Firenze two weeks later in the hotel - it appears it can be warm inside the buildings :-) only it is not in the private apartments. The kettle in the kitchen could be placed to make oneself a tea.

The location of the apartment is great. Very close to the center, walking distance few minutes. Still the street where the apartment is located, was quiet. The owner was communicative. The keys were easy to find the the key locker/ box.

The water in the shower was extremely low pressure and it was difficult to shower when only a couple drops come out...

The location is great, very central yet did not have any issues with noise at night. The host was always available for any requests.

More kitchen equipment would have been good. There were only two cups - just a bit more china, a small saucepan (the ones in the apartment are huge) and some more utensils such as an egg lifter would have been useful. Also the apartment was quite dark but I don’t think there’s anything that could be done about it as it is ground floor in an old building.

Excellent location in the historic centre of Florence, ground floor location (no carrying suitcases up several flights of stairs). When I mentioned that the toaster wasn’t working and there was no tea towel, management provided them the same day.

..The problem is that there is a presence of canalization smell coming from the sink. . So it was not good at all... so we can't stay long time in the bathroom.. for the rest it is very nice place especially for the location

To find the apartments was difficult, and the hosts could only be reached via WhatsApp where they took a long time to reply to texts. Also the stairs are extremely steep to get into the flat and the kitchen offers hardly any free refreshments after a long hike up those dangerous stairs!!

It was a really great budget friendly stay in the heart of Florence. It was very clean and had the very basics to keep you going but not anything more than that.

Very noisy on the first night - could have been other guests arriving. No kettle |(but fixed) and no toaster. Boiler for shower a bit tempermental.

Excellent position But it did not match what was seen on the site. The apartment was very old. Cleanliness was not acceptable.

There was no duvet cover (and we realized duvet hasn't been changed from the previous guests). Lack of some kitchen furniture (towels).

Position is excellent, very central. The apartment is new and clean. The price is very good compared to other similar locations in Florence.

I know this is a medieval building and housing construction should not meet modern standard; during winter the flat has barely any isolation, therefore AC has to be used. And it's loud, quite loud.

We stayed there Friday night. The apartment located in the perfect location but it was really noisy. The bed and pillow were uncomfortable. Also, the host was responding late. The payment method was cash or pay online but not via Booking which means additional effort for you.

Too much noise throughout the night from the streets. The windows don’t close properly to mask any noise. Could not sleep properly. The mixer in the shower for hot and cold water needs an upgrade. Either the water was too hot or too cold. The booking mentions toiletries but hardly a few satchels of hand wash were present. It would be good to at least see a proper hand wash or a soap. Pillows were all lumpy. Mattress needs an upgrade too.

The location made it easier to go to all the tourist attractions. The room was good sized and nice.
